The room and the service were excellent. Arrived hotel late night and there were no utensils for cooking in the kitchen inside the room. But the stuff arranged Induction stove and utinsils for when we told them that we want to cook food in the room. They arranged ticket for Bana hills and transportation also. The room view is excellent. Very much satisfied.

The staff was very kind and they prepared our room with balloons and flowers because it was our honeymoon! Very nice and clean hotel. Value for money I would say.

Breakfast was nothing special. And the western options were limited and poor. But as I said before it's a value for money place to stay.

Very nice view from the rooftop, although the bar not functional but you can still get there and enjoy the nice view over the river and all the lights.. clean, and good room for an excellent price compared to other hotels around

Overall, we had a lovely time at Lavender Riverside Hotel. The room was very spacious and had lots of drawers and hanging space, and excellent wi-fi and air-conditioning. It also had magnificent views of the river with the Dragon Bridge to the left and the Sun Wheel to the right. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, had a great variety of food, and offered different, very tasty dishes every day. They also had a chef cooking eggs of your choice and different pho every morning. The thing we were most impressed with was the friendly, welcoming staff at reception, always offering their help in every which way possible. We would especially like to thank Bao, Duen and Sala who offered us lots of advice, information and helped book some of our tours at cheaper prices than we could find anywhere else. Would highly recommend this hotel!

One disadvantage, the hotel was a little far from the city centre which made it difficult to walk if we were tired or if it was hot, which it was every day! Most times we resorted to getting a Grab taxi, which thankfully was not too expensive. If you arrived at breakfast after 8am, the dishes were often cold and sometimes finished and not replenished. Unfortunately, the sweets section was very limited, with only 1 or 2 different choices every day, and sometimes the sweets on offer were dry and stale. One point noting, which stopped me from giving a 5 star rating, was every day, housekeeping neglected to provide more toilet paper in our room, which forced us to ask for more. Not very professional in my eyes. Also, the beds were very hard!

The location is excellent. You can take a car, bike or even walk to the beach and around the area. The night view is great. From my room I could see the 2 ferris wheels, the bridges and the shops by the river. I need to give a shout out to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception. They gave me tips on where to eat and even helped with ordering online. They are very friendly and helpful.

The beds were too firm for me. It was OK when I was on my back or belly, but I'm a side sleeper. The breakfast options were good. I'm used to having bread and fruit in the mornings. That wasn't as good as I expected. The things I ate were delicious.

Beautiful and yet affordable hotel. The location is very good. We especially like that it is a walking distance to Jollibee. The room was clean, spacious and our room has a wide window overlooking the river. Staffs were helpful and accommodating. They are always ready to lend a hand or to give a smile to every guest. I will stay in this hotel the next time we will travel to Danang.

It would be nice if there will be english label to all the foods at the buffet because there are foods that we cannot eat due to religion or due to allergies

Location can see the dragon bridge from our window and roof top. Staff Thi was very helpful spoke English and made our stay more pleasant.

Its proximity to both the airport and city center made our exploration of the area both convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooftop offered a stunning view over the city. Nice and spacious apartment, good location and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was great.

The overall condition of the hotel is a little dated compared to the pictures.

When we were checking out the gentleman at reception asked where we were going next and gave us lots of recommendations about what to do in the area.
