I am very happy to book this hotel, the price reasonable. Staff Cindy and the receptionists were very friendly and lovely. Room clean and spacious room has all you need nice balcony, sofa, safe, fridge, kettle all the basics. Location near Han River surrounded by river. You can watch the dragon fireball show from your balcony. Breakfast was okay, Rooftop swimming pool was really great view.The stunning views were definitely worth the price

however the bathroom floor was wet without a curtain and quite slippery.

The reception was very helpful and kind. The greeters at breakfast were also very kind. We loved the view we had and room itself was good.

Sometimes the cleaning staff didn’t clean the bathroom well. The floor was the main area which wasn’t cleaned well. There was long stands of dark hair on the floor (probably left by the the mop). I have short white hair. I also found the variety of pasteries lacking and only white bread was available instead of a variety of browns.

The room was as described. Very clean, and it smelled very nice. The furniture was a little tired, but all around the room was excellent. Our room was on the 20th floor, had excellent river views, and we could easily view the Dragon Bridge. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent.

The balcony door was faulty, and it was very hard to open and close. The hot water was hit and miss, sometimes moving to just luke warm after 5 minutes. I was told that I could not purchase a single glass of wine in the Hotel Bar, having to buy the whole bottle instead. I thought this to be not customer oriented. The breakfast was great the first day, and we felt it did not change in food offered for the rest of our week long stay. The internet was, at times, very slow, and would often drop offline. We were located on the 20th floor so maybe that had something to do with it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view. I also appreciated the flexibility of the wellness voucher, which allowed me to choose between one 30-minute massage or two 20-minute sauna sessions. Unfortunately, the sauna wasn’t included in the stay and required an additional fee (hence the voucher options). I didn’t get to try the pool due to the weather, but it looked lovely. The Indian restaurant next door was a great dining option.

On the downside, the WiFi was a bit spotty in my corner room, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, communication with the staff was sometimes challenging. Also the restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options (which is why we went to the Indian restaurant)

Wow, what a fabulous hotel, near to the Dragon bridge, amazing views over the river and city. Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, fresh eggs coked to order and a plethora of food to suite every nation. What made this stay was the staff, especially the reception staff who went out of their way to check that we were ok, asking if they could make suggestions re tours and with bookings, they were the most helpful and lovely staff, can highly recommend this lovely hotel. About 20 min walk from the main city, but still in the thick of it - without the noise . Amazing hotel, nothing negative .

Location was excellent. Amenities were best in class. Room was clean and sheets were clear. Friendly staff. Even they rent scooter for reasonable price. Staff even helped us book grap car to airport.

We are vegitarian couple had little difficulty in managing food. One Staff said sticky rice is pure vegetarian, but meanwhile another staff said it has pork topping!!. It actually had pork. By then we lost all trust to touch other items. Had fruits , corn flakes, bread with butter and kanjee. Suggestion to the hotel : you may have little variety of vegitarian/ vegan food. That's totally fine as you may not receive multiple customers like us. But keeping clear information with ingredients will helps people like us.

excellent bell service and amenities. the air conditioner could have been cooler we had to switch rooms but the second room they gave us worked well. the day manager was very nice and accommodating.

late night desk manager didn't know his name but absolutely lazy. we tried to get our travel bags weighed and everyone prior said we could get the scale sent to or room for weigh in. the desk manager working the evening said the scales was to heavy to lift and carry it up there so we had to bring all our luggage down to the service desk to weigh which we did. to our amazement the scale weighed less than 3 pounds and was very small. I told the desk manager either he didn't care or was just lazy either way his response was unacceptable .

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and elegantly decorated, offering optimum comfort. The staff, especially the receptionist Emmy, is welcoming and always ready to help. She made my stay even more enjoyable by helping me organize my activities. The infinity pool located on the top floor offers panoramic views of the city, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Fivitel is an excellent option for those looking for a pleasant and authentic stay in Danang.

When we come to the hotel the staff were very nice they assisted us right away make sure that we are comfortable give us a drinks for the very first complimentary and took all our luggage to our room… room is very clean and Fantastic we have a great river view…Cindy the very beautiful kind Guest assistant is so accommodating take us to all restaurants and amenities she’s one call away when we need something so they also have clinic that’s awesome,Free breakfast, casino is next door. We would really recommend

Weak hot water and very poor sound insulation

I very much liked the value. Their facilities are not top notch as you would expect in a luxury resort, but they were excellent for the money. They had a roof top pool with an amazing view and a reasonably equipped fitness area. An outstanding feature of the hotel was the daily breakfast. It was an outstanding value. I'm glad I added it to my daily room rate. I especially liked the staff. The hotel's customer service is very much top notch.

There were tradeoffs, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. It can get noisy because of a nearby park area that is used for musical events. But every event I heard during my stay stopped the music by 10pm.
