Location is very near to all local amenities, rented a motorbike from the host for 150.000d per day. Room was spacious and clean. Utensils and microwave were also provided. The thick curtains helped us sleep better in the morning, since the sun is up by 6am during time of visit. The receptionist Tam and Hang made our stay really comfortable.

Nothing major: the bath tub has a small patch of dirt probably due to bad drainage. The washing machine had a foul smell before we used it, but after cycling it a few times with detergent and letting it air out it was fine.

What didn’t I like about SHI HOUSE by Haviland?!?! This was by far our favourite accommodation on a 2.5week trip! From the staff of Thu, Nam and Thao who were helpful, kind and just beautiful people to chat to as we came and went, to the spacious, quality rooms, there was nothing we could fault! Close to supermarkets, coffee shops and delicious pho. It was close to the Dragon Bridge and an easy 25 minute walk to the beach. We found this accommodation to be a very convenient middle point for sightseeing to My Son, Marble Mountain, Coconut Forest, Hoi An and the Hai Van Pass. Thank you for making our stay in Da Nang so comfortable and welcoming!

I had an unforgettable stay in a truly beautiful studio – clean, spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, in a quiet yet super convenient area of Da Nang. A big thank you to the lovely young lady at the reception – always smiling, kind, and helpful. But most of all, a heartfelt thank you to the older gentleman, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. He was incredibly kind and made me feel truly at home. And the best part: everything you need is just a few steps away! • Loc Hair Salon, one of the best hair salons in all of Vietnam, is right next door • A billiard hall, • A pharmacy, • A 24/7 K-Market, • And so much more to make your stay easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Shi House and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything! 💙

Tam, Thao, and Nam were amazing, very accommodating for my late arrival, airport transfer, and quiet room desires and I enjoyed my time there. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be central without being beachside. This hotel is close to Dragon Bridge (and show), Son Trà Night market, and the Cầu Trần Thị Lý bridge (10-15 min walk) and a short taxi ride from the airport or the Vincom Shopping (Mall) Plaza. The street has restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and a pharmacy nearby so your immediate needs are covered. (And a bonus, a great massage spa catty-corner called Trees.) I felt safe traveling alone and walking around at night. Next time I'm in Da Nang, I'm definitely staying here.

Great location with restaurants, pharmacy and cafes within a stone’s throw. Shoutout to Tam, Huyen and Nam for their warm hospitality. I personally love the studio apartment vibes and it was perfect for me towards the tail end of my Danang stay. I could wash my clothes everyday. I wished it was a combo washer/dryer but the washer was still a lifesaver

I should have been more mindful when selecting the room as I was traveling with elderly parents. The steps leading to the hotel and bed were challenging. Navigating the bathtub was also another challenge for them.

The staff was great, the room's design was aesthetically pleasing and the view was pretty good aswell. The owner responded quickly to messages on whatsapp and she really made my stay perfect.

If you want to go to the beach, it's a bit far to walk. I walked but with the heat you sweat alot. It is close by the other side of the river tho, so you are right in between the beachside and the han river side, which is nice.

We had a great stay at SHI house. The apartments are very well furnished with everything you could wish for, the washing machine is an excellent addition. Bed was very comfortable, smart tv worked and the bathroom was a good size. It’s in a great location, everything is walkable and the dragon bridge is 10 minutes away. If you like running, there is a track 2 minutes away that is free to use. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Recommend staying here.

We stayed for four nights, unfortunately both of us are very sensitive sleepers and the first night our room was on the road side of the building, the noise from the traffic was enough to keep waking us up. We asked to move rooms to the back, which was done immediately and without fuss which was great. We slept like logs for the rest of our stay.

the room wa amazing, with a view over the river (is not really next to it, but you see it very well).BIG large windows, and a very large clean room. with a kitchenet with microwave, ricecooker, washing machine, iron, stove, sink, kethel, fridge, a batroom with hair dryer, AC, amazing WIFI. The room was cleaned regularly, and when i get there was impeccable clean. Location is good, and easy to access it.

There is no receptionist, just the guard, which is a very nice man, but does not speak english and was a bit hard to ask bit info, still he went beyond and helped me out.

We stayed one night at Shi House before going to Hoi An and liked it so much that we ended up coming back. The hotel is the same or better than in the photos (which is rare in Vietnam). Very clean, comfortable, Japanese style and with all the amenities one needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Nam, Thu, Thao, Thao assisted us on the nights we were there, very efficient and always with a smile. Totally recommendable when in DaNang.

The second room we stayed was great but it faces the street so it can be a little bit noisy at night, but nothing extreme.

Lovely large room, with superb shower, overlooking the Han River and Dragon Bridge. (If you are here on a Saturday or Sunday evening 9pm, walk to bridge for the dragon's head for the show). Location pretty good, about 10 mins walk to go under the bridge on hotel side for restaurants, shops and over the bridge for the hustle & bustle of Da Nang. It took us approx. 25 mins to walk to My Khe Beach but absolutely worth it, sat & had a few beers watching the world go by! We had a wonderful stay :-)
