Our stay at Calix Hotel, Da Nang is exceptional! The breakfast is really good with lots of choices. The location of the hotel is close to all the important places too: My Khe Beach, pagoda, Dragon Bridge, and night market. But what made me say this hotel is the best are the staff especially Ryan of the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us in our stay. Always greets us with a smile and made sure our stay is the best. He recommended places to go and cafes to check. I’ve been traveling for quite sometime now and he is by far the best I’ve ever made. He is doing his job exceptionally well and he deserves a raise and promotion. To Ryan, thank you for making our stay memorable. You are a gem. Calix Hotel is so lucky to have a front desk guy like you. You are so excellent in your job! If ever I will come back here I will be staying here again. Thank you Calix Hotel!

Property is in a great location The staff were so professional and welcoming. Special complements to Kim Anh,Hao,Co,Chi My and Anh Nam who made my stay in Calix such a wonderful experience. The house staff Chi Trang,Chi Suong plus the brillant house keep staff. The Breakfast on the 2nd floor was absolutely fabulous with great choices, Well done and thank you to all the kitchen staff staff

The room was exceptionally beautiful and clean. There was room service everyday changing towels, waters and tissue. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was superb. We had enjoyed our stay there. The staff much of the time helped us in getting taxi though the hotel is close to some tourist spots like the dragon bridge, sontra night market and souvenir shops. The bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The hotel has really value for money I would like to give our big thanks for the complimentary gifts you gave us after our check out.

We didn't enjoyed the pool as it was raining

The staff were very sweet and the hotel was spacious and overall clean. Walking distance to Son Tra Night Market and a further walk to the manor center on the other side of the dragon bridge. The big bed was sooo nice.

Only thing to notice was that hadn’t emptied the trash can from previous guests in the bathroom

Really clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and short walk to the dragon bridge. Rooftop pool was nice to use. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Rooftop pool is small so could see it being an issue during busy summertime but no one was using it when we were so it was fine and it says there is a rooftop bar but there wasn’t.

The location was good for the price, there is a small market nearby, and you can see the dragon bridge from the terrace. The pool was good.

The breakfast buffet was mostly for the Vietnamese people. We could only eat fruit and eggs. Alternatives such as french fries, toast, waffles, and cake can be added. English names can be written on the front of the dishes. For remote workers, the desk is not suitable for long stays.

Great location, spacious room and staff was very nice. We had to leave early in the morning and they prepared a take away breakfast for us. Breakfast was great but they had run out of few things when we get there

There was some dust in the wardrobe and my clothes got a bit dirty

Room is clean and bright,and location is perfect.

Guest's passport was kept by hotel during the whole stay. It's the rule,said the girl at front desk when check in. But when check out the next 2 days,one early morning,the man who handled our check out process,didn't know about the passport . His response made me shocked and panick. I had to shout and told him to seek. He finally found it at the drawer. It was really annoying. If it is the rule of the hotel to keep guest's passport,the guy should have known and prepared my passport when check out .

Very accommodating helpful staff, breakfeast buffet included was good with different changing options for the 5 days we stayed. A convenient location aswell in the heart of Da Nang. Thank you!

Our families stayed in Calix hotel for 3 night and we were all really enjoyed. We love this hotel because it is very spacious and comfortable room. Good location and lovely staff special Nam Đoan he is very friendly and helpful
