Clean modern apartment in a fair location

Needed microwave. Also building noise from next door. Does not accept cards despite saying it does.

A recent stay at a hotel in Da Nang was an exceptional experience thanks to the remarkable staff. Starting with the assistance provided by Hứa Bình Phương Chi, her support throughout the stay was incredible. Her excellent command of English made communication easy, and her quick response to requests was impressive. The organized tours allowed guests to see the best parts of Da Nang. Her professionalism and dedication made the trip unforgettable. Also noteworthy is Hồ Thế Đức. His support in addressing various everyday concerns added convenience. His eagerness to assist guests created a positive atmosphere during the stay.

The only downside was that more thorough housekeeping would be desirable. However, the hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning time in Da Nang!

The size of the apartment is quite comfortable for a longer stay. The equipment such as the washing machine, spacious fridge, and basic kitchen equipment was satisfying. Location is 7 min walk to the beach, right behind corner there is quite good gym and amazing coffee and it's so much calmer then in the touristic center of the city

A small window in the kitchen and living room was quite dark, this was a huge minus for us working from the apartment almost the entire day. But it wouldn't bother us if we were here for the holidays. Second was the lack of space for laundry drying. Having a washing machine and lack of access to fresh air made it impossible for our laundry to get dry so finally we had to go to the laundry service.

A great experience here. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and were very satisfied with the hotel's service. The staff was very enthusiastic and always supported my family a lot. If I have the opportunity to return to this company, I will continue to choose here. This apartment building is completely newly built. My family was one of the first guests of the hotel.

There is no window!

The size of the apartment was great. We liked the separate bathrooms. The drying room was awesome. The pool was excellent. The location was really quite central. Dragon Bridge to the west and the beach to the east. Housekeeping were really good. Came and made up the apartment every day.

The safes were locked when we arrived and couldn't be unlocked. No dish cloths or detergent. No knives. Cups were too small. No tea towels. Water ran out on Saturday morning during our showers. They need to clean the walls in the lounge.

The staff is extremly helpful and very kind. They even gave us a microwave for the room. The room was quiet, altough the hotel is on a main street located. Location is good: It is a 10 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and coffee places around in the area. The apartment had 2 rooms and was spacious. Fridge as helpful. It was very clean and affordable. Can recommend it for a few days.

There is no possibility to close the bathrom window completely.

Really good maintained clean, secure apartment. Value for money. Highly recommend. Nice location. Nearby beach. Locals are nice to talk to. I extended my stay for one more day to stay here and explore city. Came here on middle of my vietnam trip and used this opportunity to do laundry and refreshed myself.

There nothing big. Just nitpicking. Would love to have some small packets of laundry liquid for one day along with soaps and bath liquid. Some chopping board and rice cooker for kitchen.

Walking distance to the beach but in the middle of town. A quick taxi ride and you are over the bridge to the city

There are kitchenettes in the rooms and people cook some really smelly food that permeates through the hotel - fish smells at all hours is not great, obviously not the hotels fault, but worth knowing. The pool didn’t seem very clean.
