Great place, very close to the beach (about 250mts) and many shops and restaurants nearby. The Wifi was very good and there was water and some drinks in the fridge. Shower was great too. The staff was very helpful (I needed to book a bus and they helped me. Also helped me to cancel it later lol). I paid a good price for what it's worth.

On the policies of Booking says you can pay with Cards but it's wrong, they only accept cash.

The Check in was really easy and the family is lovely. Our room spacious, there was a fridge and a kettle. We have been in the 6th floor with a nice view. Althought it was pointed to the street so it was a little bit noisy. There are some local or fancy restaurants close and espeically the beach is not far. For a quick little walk or swim/ cool down it is really nice :D The bathroom and the shower were good. If you want a very lovely Lady is cleaning your room everyday.

The location was fantastic for the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff. Clean room and decent sized. Air con worked well. Good value for the money. Good wifi.

The mattress was very springy. The hotel was really noisy - not the fault of the hotel in itself but the other guests. We got little sleep as you could hear people coming and going through the night. Local karaoke was loud but stopped about 10pm.

Nice room for a good price, just a few streets back from the beach. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I'd be happy to stay there again. Small fridge. TV worked, with some English movie channels. Wifi was solid.

No desk in my room for those who want to do some work. But I was able to use a low table adequately.

Great place, great service, great value for money, not expensive, and you can negotiate better price if you stay long. They have also motorcycle rental, price average, no passport or money deposit. If they don't have own bike available, they can arrange it for you in rental next door. Staff very nice, English not so good, but that's Vietnam, enjoy! )

New Sky Hotel is a great place ,staff are very good friendly very helpfull. Hotel is in a great location very good restaurant right beside it close to the beach everything you need is close by Its the best hotel that I stayed in Da Nang will definitely stay there agian Thank you to all the staff looking forward to seeing you agian Bernie from Canada

Very friendly staff always helpful and welcoming. I really like the hotel so keep extended my stay there The nice receptionist give me always the room I like 😊 I will will stay there if I come back to Danang!

The location is good, The linen was clean. The staff is Ok.

The TV set doesn't work. The room and furniture is quite outdated. They don't speak English.

Very nice owner and staff, nice hotel in a nice area.

The room looked a bit old, the wall was not spotless but didn't bother me.
