When we checked in, they offered to change our room—instead of the city view room we had booked, they upgraded us to one with an ocean view, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. We had requested a quiet room, and we have no complaints—we were able to rest well every night. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel’s location is definitely its biggest strength!

However, one night we didn’t have hot water for our shower. They advised us to adjust the faucet a certain way, but it didn’t work. The good thing is that by the next morning, everything was back to normal. If we could make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to do a deep cleaning under the furniture, not just in visible areas. We had to look for an earring under the couch, and when we moved it, we found pieces of food with mold and large dust bunnies under the beds.

The location of the hotel is amazing, it is one street away from the beach and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and, overall, we had a great stay here.

The only small thing was that we weren't allowed to add breakfast to our stay once we arrived, as we had not added it at the time of booking. There is a great banh mi place on the corner of the street where we ate everyday instead so it wasn't a problem, but it seemed a bit strange that we couldn't ask for breakfast once we arrived.

Wow! We booked this place last min for a short stay, but we liked so much that we kept extending it. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, great view, it gets quite in the night so you can have good sleep. Price is amazing!

The wifi signal could have been better, for those who working day and night on laptop, its quite important to have good signal, just my recommendation.

The room itself was lovely, with a small balcony facing the city. I felt very safe as a female solo traveller, the staff was very sweet and accommodating and helped me anyway, that they could.

It was no fault of the hotel, but I had to share my floor with some very inconsiderate young families. Two families with six children between them would leave their hotel rooms wide open and let the children scream and run throughout the corridors. I was woken up at 7 am every morning by screaming misbehaving children and loud adults and was bothered by the noise till 11pm at night. When the doors were closed it was fine but the parents used the landing as a play area for their children. The kids would run up and down ringing the doorbells on every door and setting off alarms of some kind. I logged a noise complaint for the rooms involved but there was only so much the staff could do about bad parenting. My advice from this is if you have loud neighbours ask to be moved at first chance.

We stayed in the studio suite and it was lovely- very spacious and very comfy. The bed was brilliant and the living area was great. The shower was powerful and stayed hot, and you get free water and coffee every day. Location great too

The first night they made us stay in a different room because they overbooked, and although nice it was very unclean- it was on the top floor and looked like it’d had been forgotten about. When we changed rooms the new room’s alarm always went off every time we entered which was quite frustrating. There was also no oven or proper kitchen facilities as advertised. We wouldn’t be happy if we’d payed £100 for it but we got it with a deal for £12 so well worth the money

One of the best customer service staff members (Ms. Moon and Ms. Ti) I have meet since I arrived VN on Feb 8th 2024. They are exceptional nice and very helpful on anything I need. Food recommendation, attractions to see booked travel to next destination for us. I also met the hotel owner but she is camera shine and did not want to be in the picture. The room is very clean, comfy bed/pillow.. big shower and very good AC. WIFI was good. Location is walking distance to the beach. Lots of runners ran along the beach in the early morning. Good food places around the hotel. Highly recommended. Will be back when visit the hotel again (hope both Moon and Ti will be there lol).

two elevators were not sync with each other. Pressed a up/down button and one closest to you did not work.. only the one you push worked. A little picky here.. 😊

I started my Vietnam journey from this hotel and I'm glad to say that i did. It set a bar for me. It was economical, great location and had a nice view of the ocean from the room. I stayed another night here because the staff was extremely sweet and courteous. Will definitely vouch for it if you're looking for an economical hotel. My only regret? I didn't take photos here. PS: there's one more hotel with similar name: le boutique hotel. Be careful while booking cab.

Can't really ask for more at this price. It's a cheap place with a very fancy feel as you enter the building. The room is pretty spacious too and has everything you need. Ocean view maybe could be better, but it's not bad. Location is really good, 5 mins walk max to beach, a really great banh mi cafe just on the corner of street too (on way to beach). Wish I had more time to stay longer to be honest. Excellent base for exploring Da Nang.

Nothing. Maybe the no breakfast, but for the price this is fine, and such a great café for banh mi on street corner anyway.

Staff very helpful organizing transport from/to airport, provided great information, laundry service awesome, bed was good, bathroom really good.

Floor was dirty on arrival. A stain on the couch. Wasn't told on arrival that water in the basket was free water, had brought water the first few days not knowing the water in the basket was free. Room next door noisy

Location is pretty strategic to the beach bars(Ocean Lounge), the staff BecTy was really helpful and friendly.

When I first checked in, the bathroom floor had hairs laying on it. The same with the bedroom floor. The massage parlour/people drinking nearby was so noisy even after midnight(1am>). The hot water was pretty tricky as sometimes it goes hot and sometime it stays cold.
