Lovely staff (and a special thank you to Hoai Nhan for looking after me at check in and for upgrading me), great location for My Khe beach and in my case, exceptionally good value. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and my upgrade was light and airy with a glimpse of the sea. I booked last minute because my bus to Hoi an was cancelled just before departure so I was relieved that the hotel was a welcoming environment with the benefit of a small rooftop pool as well. Nice to have a swim and when it rained, nice to have the cable TV channels in English. I would stay again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and fairly new, and I was lucky to be upgraded to an apartment during low season. There's a cozy restaurant nearby for great coffee and tea, and local shops down the street for snacks and bottled water.

On weekends, prepare for booming karaoke from the beach, echoing along the hotel stretch until around 1 AM. Also, the rooftop pool doesn’t have a beach view as the photos suggest; it’s surrounded by tall buildings right next door.

Great hotel, we only had the 1 bedroom apartment but was great because we could put the kids to bed and sit in the main room. Great size and a large bathroom. We liked the location. Short walk to the beach and the dragon bridge and quick in a Grab. Lots of massage places to choose from and great little places to eat right in the street.

The bedroom sliding door seemed to be stuck. Very hard to slide, and when we asked later at the front desk they told us it was because the design was a Japanese style the door wasn't mean to close. So we were able to close it over but wasn't intended to be done.

I came here with my parents and room was just the right size, it was clean and well maintained throughtout our trip. The staff are also very friendly and helped us arrange cars to some of the tourist destinations. There is also laundry service in the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and very close to a lot of eatery's and to the beach.

Maybe the only problem is it gets really loud outside when someone is having a conversation on the hallway.

I like most is staffs because they're frendly and helpful (Ms Hoai Nhan and Ms Ha). I had a vacation with my family about 4 days 3 nights. However, I landed off at Da Nang earlier than the time of booking (It was around 7 or 8 am) but they tried to help me to get the room earlier. That's all.

The staff - Tien specifically - were so helpful and kind! The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean, as did the rooftop pool. It was great value for the money I paid. 10000/10 would stay here again!

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I could not extend my stay due to the fact that the room was already booked!

The receptionist was nice in changing room for me. The facilities, design are good except only one thing, there is not much natural light in the room though the owner tried to bring lights to rooms through a sky well.

The first room assigned to me was not much clean. There was even a used condom outside the window.

Really clean, lovely rooftop pool, rooms were very nice. The staff were so lovely, my friend wasn’t very well during our stay and they rang up to our room check on her. All staff were very accommodating and always happy to help.
