The hotel is slightly warn out, yet I liked my room. It had partial sea view and was relatively quiet (though, only if you take lower floors because the nearby building blocks the noise). Stuff was helpful, the receptionists spoke English. I would say it’s a very good place considering its price that’s located on a very touristy yet cozy small street. The bedsheets were of cotton, they were not snow white because of many washing cycles, however, I appreciate that they weren’t of artificial fabric. There was no construction in this part of the street too which was a big benefit. There are a mini market and lots of restaurants around. Complementary tea and water are proved. Pool was bad, I wouldn’t swim in it.

Not very clean. Also, so many Vietnamese stay here who wake up early and don’t care that you still sleep. They open room doors, shout and sneeze loudly waking you at 8 AM. The noise from roads and beach karaokes also riches easily. There is also no sign “do not disturb” in the room, so cleaners knock on the door in the morning. You need to ask for that sign at the reception.

The Room is lovely and cleaned every day. staff are great. The rooftop pool is a good place to chill and chat with travellers They’re happy to look after your bags for a couple of days. And bike hire across the street are at a good price. a very friendly neighbourhood with many styles of food from 1€.

The hotel was close to the beach and city. A lot of restaurants nearby and has 2 convenience stores within walking distance. The room was big with 2 double sized beds but still has lots of space for storage and walking around.

The AC takes time to cool the room and there's no way to control the temperature. Bathroom was big with complete amenities but shower area leaks towards the toilet. You'll need to put a towel or mat to ensure the toilet area does not flood. The weirdest thing was House keeping WILL wake you up and will enter your room! This was so annoying as most people staying there are on vacation and want to wake up late. Also, they should not open your door when you're sleeping!

The staff at the front spoke English. Also there was a garage to park motorbikes underground. The room was cleaned up everyday and it was nice and comfortable overall, except air conditional. The free coffee was pretty good too. I didn't use much of the extra service offered by the hotel so I can't tell.

The setting for the air conditional didn't work, so when it was ON it was too cold in my room (I didn't try to switch it off but it would be too hot then). I asked the staff at the front about it, they sent me a man but he didn't speak english at all, we used Google translate and he told me that the maintenance staff wasn't available. He was polite and very enthusiastic but putting a great smile while being totally useless is not exactly nice to be honest. Smaller detail but since it was a double bedroom / double bathroom apartment, in the bathroom that I used the shower wasn't partitioned, which I think, I didn't see in the photos (only saw the bigger, partionned one).

It was really close to the beach and some good food options around. The rooms looked as advertised and the staff were very warm and welcoming.

The pool and gym were falsely advertised and did not look the same in person. There were a couple of ants in our room but also could have been from the beach.

The receptionist and manager was amazing and so friendly. Very helpful staff and very clean rooms great housekeepers and nice pool. Great location and comfy beds.

Everything was great for us.

Laundry was expensive at 50.000 per kg and clothes were not cleaned well also not hotels fault but very noisy neighbours who woke me up shouting in the corridor every morning around 7am

The only issue was the pool area no chairs or furniture and looked like it needed some tlc usually wouldn’t bother me but that was one of the reasons I booked this place ended up not using it at all
