I really liked the room—it was surprisingly spacious, super clean, and had a nice, calm vibe with soft lighting and a very comfy bed. The air con worked well (which was a relief in Da Nang’s heat), and the shower always had hot water. The beach is just a short walk away, which made mornings especially nice. It’s in a quiet area too, so I slept really well. Honestly, the whole place felt really well looked after. Just a great, easy stay overall. We booked the apartment with kitchen, and it was an excellent value-for-money option. The kitchen is well equipped, including a washing machine and a large fridge. The bathroom is functional, and the living area is very comfortable, with a sofa, a TV, and a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom is spacious and new, with a balcony. The staff were truly outstanding — please, do follow their recommendations when exploring Danang; they know best! You can rent a scooter or arrange tours and transfers directly with them, which makes everything so easy. We were sick for a couple of days with some stomach issues, and they checked on us regularly to make sure we were okay — truly kind and caring people. Breakfast is à la carte and pre-ordered the day before: eggs, sandwiches, noodles, coffee, tea, juice… all freshly made and delicious. The breakfast area is also beautifully decorated. Special thanks to Mr. Bao, Quin, Lien, and especially to Micasa ❤️ If we ever come back to Danang, we’ll definitely stay here again — not only because of the place, but above all for the wonderful people who run it.

Only thing gets very hot this time of the year so we couldn’t really enjoy balcony during hot hours (but this is not their fault, is Mother Nature).

One bedroom apartment was perfect for me as I am an early riser and the wife likes to sleep in, it also has everything you need, cooking facilities and utensils, powerful shower, television in both rooms, washing machine with clothes line and a lift. The breakfast provided was good and all of the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Even brought a birthday cake to our room on my wife's birthday. We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. They were by far the friendliest staff we met during our time in Vietnam -- always warm, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. The daily cleaning service was impeccable. The internet was also stable throughout our stay, which was a big plus for us. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We initially planned a shorter stay but ended up extending for several more days because we loved it. Special thanks to Quinn and Micasa. Quinn was very helpful every time we needed assistance and even went above and beyond to help us secure an appartement after our original booking ended, making the extension seamless and stress-free. Their exceptional service truly stood out and made our stay great. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is also located very close to the beach and very easy to get to the Dragon Bridge too. I took a Grap there but walked back (about 20-30 mins walk) All the girls at the reception were lovely and very helpful. The dining area was very beautiful too, exactly like they are showing on the photos (NB: you will need to pre-order your breakfast the day before)

One thing I didn't like is that I had ginger tea for breakfast and when I requested for another one (it came in a tiny cup) they wanted me to pay. I think they could afford to pour some free hot water in my cup but apart from that, everything else was great!

The bed was very comfortable, nice lighting in the room which is important for me. Hotel is clean and has a really nice inner courtyard cafe / restaurant. Door locks feel solid and secure, good plug socket locations, good water pressure and water is hot, staff are very friendly and helpful; Ha especially was very helpful whenever I had a query. Also close to the beach but in a quiet location - another review mentioned an alley and yes it’s down a side street but not far down, and the area is very safe in my opinion. The advantage of this is it’s I’m a central location but also fairly well insulated from traffic noise. Aircon also works well; as another review said it’s well run and everything you expect to work does, no problems at all.

Sometimes one can hear noise from other rooms but not often and not a big problem. Traffic noise was a non-issue given the location.

We had a fantastic stay at Pergola Hotel Da Nang! The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of choices to start the day. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to unwind. But what truly made the experience memorable was the amazing staff—especially Qinn, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located hotel with excellent service, Pergola Hotel is a great choice. The rooms are spacious and very clean with great decor. Pergola Hotel has delightful design, especially in its café. They serve delicious traditional cuisine for breakfast, making mornings special. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience! The Pergola Hotel not only offers a warm and cozy stay but also provides transportation services and organizes tour packages for families. These services made our trip convenient and enjoyable, adding to the wonderful experience! We were also lucky enough to join their weekly workshop and cooking class. It was a fun and memorable experience, allowing us to learn more about local culture and cuisine during our stay! Great location with convenient shops, supermarket, restaurants and spa around. 300m from the beach and just a few minutes from the centre of Da Nang city! All in all a fantastic experience and would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing value for money!!

One year ago I already enjoyed the stay in Pergola Design Hotel and already wrote a good review. In this March I was here two times (also March 4 - 7). The hotel with comfortable rooms is situated very well in a silent side street only some minutes by feet away from the beautiful beach. Now one can also get breakfast. One can choose between different delicious sets, which I liked much. The new staff at the reception is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. So, I like much to come again to Pergola Design Hotel next year.
