I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It truly felt complete—everything you could possibly need was right there. The facilities were spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was cleaned every single day. I genuinely don’t understand the negative comments some people have left, as my experience was nothing short of perfect. What really stood out to me was how the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful—qualities that seem to reflect not just the hotel’s staff but the general warmth of Vietnamese people. A special shoutout to Yen, a young lady who was especially attentive and kind. This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I’m already planning my return. The people, the culture, and this hotel have all left an excellent first impression on me. If I find myself back in the area, I will undoubtedly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, and it is cleaned every day. Staff was willing to help, the manager even went with me to a nearby farmacy to help with translation. Good location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.

Housekeeping was waking us up every morning around 8-9 for cleaning, and hotel doesn't have do not disturb sign. We were there for New Year's Eve, and on the 1st of January at 7am in the morning they started renovation of the room across ours. A lot of noise in the hallways from the staff and housekeeping. English could be improved.

I loved the bathtub. It's got nice aesthetics. The view and building are magnificent. Facilities are top notch. Staff are excellent. Loved this place.

I would like to see the taps and switches replaced as some of them were loose. The water can be a tad hotter. It's a bit too cold for my liking. The pool is horrid. The restaurant on the top floor needs to be made better and used. It's got a majestic view. It's got a ton of potential that isn't being used.

The best part of trip was to spend stolen money, that I took from my wife and kids. I left them alone abroad without money and place to live, but I just don't care and living my best life spending my wife's money. So will be glad to come here again and again. Best place for criminals! Please, keep your doors open for me - I still have a lot to spend!!!

Great location, nice staff. Tub in the bathroom (but no hot water to fill)

Shower was lukewarm with wonky water pressure. We wanted to watch the dragon bridge and tet fireworks from the roof top area- unfortunately they lock it at 1830. We couldn’t convince them to reopen(really a shame as it would gave been a good spot).

The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed very clean. Very good location

The lobby looks very well taken care of, but the rooms look like they are falling apart. The couch had stains so I didn’t even sit there.

Nice location to beach and a lot of restaurants. Staff always available and great service. Water a little slow to heat up but excellent room condition. I will stay again.

I liked the size of the hotel not too tall we could see the sea from our window fairly modern comfy beds nice fresh smelling linen

I can hear the elevator being called through the night and early morning so ear plugs essential if your a light sleeper

Great value for money

The pool was unavailable on one day but the hotel upgraded our stay which made us feel better The bathtub could use a proper shower unit.

Spacious and comfortable room with minibar. Brekfast was ok, but coud be better. Good view from room, but better from roof! Sea 2 mins walk, restaurants, shops nearby. We could leave bags at hotel after checkout until leaving city.

Staff forgot to provide shower gel, only shampoo and body lotion was prepared. Breakfast should be improved eg with more cold cut and cheese. No knife provided in restaurant.
