The Apt. was very clean and all electric machines (air-condition, fridge, washing machine, ...) were new and full functioning (e.g. the aircon was getting really cold). All furniture also was new and clean, like bed sheets, towels and other accessories. There were many different lights to switch on or off, fitting any mood. At demand you could ask for tableware (dished, kettle, pot, etc) as well as microwave - without surcharge. Thuy the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. She would order grab-taxi for us or give advice, rent a driver for us for longer tours (who was indeed trustworthy and very anticipating). She also changed currency for a decent rate without fee. On top of that, the home iced coffee with foam was one of the best we had in Da Nang! The beach is only 200m away, just around the corner and crossing a 2-way road. I would give more than 10 points/stars/smileys if it were possible!
The only downside, some people might find, is that BBKiss Apts are located second row to the beach, so there is no beautiful view. And for people who need included breakfast, other food, swimming pool, ... there is none, you will have to go out of that building.
