I had a vacation in Da Nang. I booked a room that had just been renovated so it was very new. The room was fully equipped with amenities. Enthusiastic staff though. The hotel is located right near the beach, I only needed 3 -4 minutes to reach the beach

Had an amazing stay at Tokyo Boutique Hotel in Danang! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel's design was sleek and modern, with a great blend of Japanese and Vietnamese touches. What I loved most about this hotel was its prime location - it's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Danang beach! The beach was literally within walking distance, and I enjoyed taking leisurely strolls along the shore every evening. The area around the hotel was also super convenient, with plenty of food options and local markets within walking distance. I had no trouble finding delicious Vietnamese street food or grabbing a quick bite at one of the many nearby cafes. The neighborhood was also very walkable, and I enjoyed exploring the local shops and attractions on foot. Overall, I'd totally recommend Tokyo Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Danang. The combination of comfort, location, and service made my 7-day stay truly unforgettable!

We had a lovely king studio apartment, it had everything we needed. A couple of issues with TV and shower on first day but Minh Chau got these fixed for us straight away. The cleaning lady was absolutely lovely. Pool was fantastic! Great location and so many wonderful restaurants nearby. Also had awesome massage at the Tam Spa in the building. The bed was so comfortable and it was pretty quiet so overall we loved our stay 😍

The area around the pool was quite messy and hadn't been cleaned up for awhile. I ended up picking up rubbish and broken glass and leaving in a bag to be taken away. But other than that, the place was perfect.

I can walk to restaurants near the facility, the beach is only 3-4 minutes walk. Rooms here are spacious and airy. Reception is very friendly

Our 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and could see the ocean. Could hear no noise from outside which was so good. Pool was great. Very comfortable stay. Staff very helpful especially Chau she was always happy to help.

Hotel needs a touch up overall but for the price it’s great value. No gym and pool area needs more chairs and updating. No kitchen utensils or pans to cook with if you are planning to cook. We always ate out so not an issue for us.

The staff was amazing, especially Chau and the cleaning ladies. Always smiling and welcoming. The location is great because you’re across the street from beach and is very convenient.

Pretty heavy odor of mold in the rooms and inside the hotel but I was told that’s typical during rainy season

Well located next to the beach. The bed was huge and comfortable. The kitchenette also had an air fryer.

The kitchen was poorly stocked and only had one knife. There was also no chopping board or washing/cleaning supplies so we had to go and buy some. If you do plan on cooking,you need to go and get everything you need as it is bare.
