The location is just right, many options around the area. Just cross the road and you are on the beach area. The staffs were all doing a perfect job.

If you are going for the Spa, I do recommend it as the massage is comfortable. However, I think it is my luck that my masseur was not paying attention, she was distract by phone. I can tell she is using her phone while massaging. Also, it was almost like a good 10 to 15 mins in total that she was actually communicating using her headphone connected to the phone. As such, it resulted in an unpleasant experience for me. If massage is what you are looking for instead of spa, then I recommend the massage shop that is just 2 hotel away from diamond sea, they offer a much better massage. (Walk few steps and you will reach the shop)

Our family had a fantastic experience at Diamond Sea Hotel, and we absolutely loved everything about the property. We want to give a special shout-out to Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the rest of the bellboys who went above and beyond to make our family’s stay memorable. First and foremost, the staff at Diamond Sea Hotel provided exceptional service. Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the other bellboys were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly valued as a guest, and we were grateful for their assistance throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a highlight for us Being just steps away from the beach meant that we could enjoy stunning views and easily access the sand and water whenever we wanted. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel offered a wide range of activities, and the staff were always there to provide recommendations and help us plan our day. The facilities and amenities at Diamond Sea Hotel were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt completely at ease during our entire stay. We also made use of the swimming pool and fitness center, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We cannot speak highly enough of Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the rest of the bellboys who made our stay at Diamond Sea Hotel so memorable. Their exceptional service, combined with the hotel's prime location and excellent facilities, made for an unforgettable experience. The room was HUGE & LOCATION was sensational. I thought maybe I was upgraded but, no it was what I booked - 2 bed, balcony view. What I got: 2 bed, 2 bathroom, equivalent to lush, apartment style. Balcony view - WOW, out of this world, good. Overlooking My Khe Beach & epic Danang night life. Location is across the road from beach, restaurants with beach access to beach which are fab for children. Walk from Hotel around the block in one loop, no road crossing to laundry, local eateries, corner stores (water, SIM, Pharmacy, Massage etc). Don't be worried about the bass music that plays during the day & into the evening (quite the vibe), it finishes well before the kids go to bed & then there is just the ambience beeps of the mopeds, quite night sleep in hotel. Property is super clean, safe, staff are super kind, attentive & helpful. Breakfast is exceptional. Out of all 4 hotels stayed in Vietnam, Id rate this brekky at the top. Western/Vietnamese, pastries baked daily, offering cheeky donuts which were demolished by all children at hotel. Eggs cooked your way, Chef constantly in attendance at his buffet to ensure spread was well presented, fresh, fully stocked & at appropriate temp. If I was back in Danang, I would bring my family back here.

The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with getting sim cards for our phones and a driver to take us to a nearby waterpark and our next hotel on the last day. The rooftop pool and bar were awesome for late afternoon swimming and drinks with a view, and the location was right across from the beach with plenty of Grab cars and taxis around to get a ride into the city. There is a playroom by the pool too that was perfect for our twin toddlers while we sipped some cocktails. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, though we highly recommend the hotel breakfast as it was one of the best buffets of our trip.

Despite being so high up, our room did not have a city or beach view, but this was warned on booking, so acceptable. Some of the staff could use some more English lessons, as there was a mixup when I tried to pay for a beer, but the waiter brought me another instead. At least they comped me for it 😄.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view on the beach and the Lady Buddha statue from the balcony. The location is great, because it is only a short walk across the street to reach various bars, seafood restaurants and the beach. The breakfast buffet is also good and offers a huge variety of different kinds of food so even picky eaters will find something. The staff were always friendly and had a smile on their faces.

The location is definitely a plus, but at night time it is pretty loud due to the proximity to the bars and restaurants that all have live music in the evenings. So if you are a light sleeper you might need to bring earplugs. Apart from that, we had some issues with the elevator during our stay and at times there was only one working for all the guests plus the cleaning staff, which was a bit inconvenient, but perhaps only a temporary problem.

My stay here overall was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable – exactly what you’d expect from a premium stay. The staff were courteous and consistently helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is another major plus – right on the seafront, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of local and international. While most aspects of the stay lived up to expectations, the pool experience did not reflect the same standard. That said, I’d still recommend the property for its comfort, service, and location – just with a caveat if the pool is an important part of your stay.

The pool facilities were a letdown. The pool itself was noticeably smaller than depicted in the promotional photos, and during my visit, the water didn’t appear very clean. Additionally, smoking was allowed in the pool area, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable and relaxing. Plus if you can bear with the noise from the pubs, night spot nearby then it's ok. Else remember to bring earplug especially if it's the beachfronting units. But they stopped about 2am

my 2nd trip to danang within 3 months and still prefer to stay along My khe beach. Aawsome view of beautiful my khe beach from hotel balcony. Very conveneint location. Friendly staff and simply love the place.

bath room is huge and modern with a large tub. however, its a bit of inconvenient for elderly having need to climb into bath tub for shower. As the bath room is quite spacious and trust able to add in a shower corner or provide a wooden stool.

The staff of Diamond Sea Hotel couldn't do enough for you always with a smile. The comfort of the bedroom was incredible luxury products,a cloud like bed, and satellite TV. Breakfast Buffet Delicous. The Spa leaves you with the feeling of a calm sense and aroma of lemon grass wafts around you. The location is right across from the beach. Walking distance to night life. But never miss happy hour, the sky bar overlooks the city which lights up and pool area overlooking the rolling waves of the sea. I truly believe Diamond Sea Hotel is 5 stars in every way.

We really liked this place - just across the road from the beach (where there’s a couple of bars / restaurants and sun lounges). The beach is pretty good for swimming (has an area with life guards). The pool and bar area inside the hotel is great, and the breakfast is also good with quite a bit of variety. Most rooms don’t have a view from the window (there’s another building next door), but it doesn’t really matter unless you want to spend a bunch of time in the room …the view is right on the doorstep when you walk out, or up on the pool area anyway! Would def stay here again.

Beautiful beach and places to eat right across road. Mini marts close, laundry places close, staff are amazing, very helpful with anything. Skybar on rooftop great, Helly up there gives you 5 star service. Beds very comfy. Staff are an asset in this hotel, love them all. Rooms are great

Ask for quiet room not at front of hotel if you don’t like a bit of noise, clubs across road can play music at night till late and road can be noisy with beeping and traffic, but this is at any hotel in same position. They will try and accomodate all your needs. Great place
