The hotel was well located. The beds were comfy and the room size was good.

There were only 2 lifts for a property that size, which was terrible. We are checked in after a large group of guests, despite arriving before them. We complained and the manager compensated us with 9 cocktails and 2 foot massages. A restaurant staff member, also while I was speaking to her, told me to wait, when a Vietnamese guest rudely interrupted while I was speaking to her. They need to be trained on his to respond when interrupted. I'm not sure if both incidents were because we were brown skinned???

The Ocean views were excellent. The sky bar and swimming pool are excellent. The room was comfortable.. The shower and bath were good. The breakfast selection was varied and good. Air-conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful. Short taxi ride to night markets

Quite noisy at night (even on L16). Poor lighting in bathroom. Wifi was erratic and poor. Long waits at the lift (22 levels and only 2 lifts).

Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfect beach view from the apartment.

The location is awesome..but it's a 4 star which means it's more impersonal than others. Superb breakfast spread and the pool is exactly as amazing as it looks in the picture.

Waiting time for the lifts are 7-10 mins minimum.With big tour groups it's almost impossible to get breakfast tables or lifts in time.

We had a wonderful stay at Paris Deli Danang this week! The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the road from My Khe beach where we visited some bars and restaurants, and lots to explore in nearby streets. We could even walk to Dragon Bridge and Son Tra markets from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although we did experience a bit of noise from the above floor well into late evening. We were on floor 21, so perhaps the chairs by the pool on the level above being moved around? The bars across the street play loud music until quite late which can be heard from the room, but that is to be expected considering the close proximity. Still, I would definitely stay here again, so not a deal breaker. Rooftop pool was nice, breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful.

Ahead of our travels we narrowed our selection to 4 hotels. All highly rated hotels. Paris Deli was a bit less expensive from the rest, but seemed (online) to still have great amenities. We (18 people) could not be more pleased with our choice to stay at Paris Deli. Anyone reading this should not hesitate to make this selection. Rooms are quiet and clean. Very comfortable. Great amenities. Great location across from the water and beach. Hotel staff super friendly and polite. And, the buffet breakfast (included) was simply amazing!

Good value for money. The beach is across the road, with food options on the beach or a short walk into town for more cheaper options. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff where helpful. Great location with HoiAn only 30mins drive away. Get hotel to book you a cab. Marble Mountain and monkey Mountain short drive away also. The pool is beautiful and clean. We spent most arfternoons there after a day exploring.

The door men are in with the local taxi guys and will try to rip you off telling you that the price the dodgy taxi drivers is best when they are not. My suggestion is to get the hotel reception to book you a cab. Also our transfer driver from the hotel in the hotels van was rude. We booked for 10am he was there at 945am and got very angry slamming doors and being rude when we weren't ready to go at 945am.

This was a return visit with family after we enjoyed our stay as a couple last summer. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the location is great, just across the road from a beautiful beach and lots of bars and restaurants. We had two rooms on the 10th floor, good sized and very comfy bed and pillows. The rooms were very clean and the shower was great for pressure. There are signs in the rooms and corridors stating no smoking but when we went for breakfast on the 2nd day the corridor smelt very strong of cigarette smoke so this was clearly not well enforced. The breakfast bar is good with plenty of western and Asian choices, particularly liked the fresh omelette station, don't leave it too late though as they start to run out of food as the end time nears. The rooftop pool is lush, a good size for lengths or splashing around.

Only thing that let it down, which it also did last year was the sky bar. We ordered 4 cocktails, the pina colada was nice enough, the margaritas are tasty but served in a glass nowhere near full so you feel like you are being short changed and for the price you expect the glass full. The Singapore cocktail which should be red with cherry brandy came out orange with no cherry brandy and had to be sent back to rectify. I just don't think the staff in the bar are trained well enough on cocktails and as such you get an average experience but the hotel is charging high end prices which doesn't match

The pool was great, fantastic view. Staff were helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport which is welcome after a long flight. There were 3 of us travelling (parents and 1 child) and we stayed in 2 room types, the 2 bedroom apartment and apartment with a sea view. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, although lacked atmosphere (no view). The seaview apartment was fine for 1 night as a little cramped with the 3 of us. Easy access to the the dragon bridge and night markets by Grab.

Breakfast was ok, a bit limited. Hotel is a little dated but very clean.

The view of the place exceeds any expectations I have of Da Nang. If you imagine sandy white beaches, blue water and you do not need to go to a faraway secluded island, the hotels around these area wouldn't disappoint. The breakfast was very good, the room offering magnificent views of the coastline. Location is very good where you are just at a 5 minute walk from the beach, plenty of great seafood around and a convenient store to buy any supplies that you might need. The spa is also excellent.

The proximity to coastal bars and entertainment venues make it a bit too lively if you like peace and quiet. The tours might be a bit too packed if you would like a laid back experience. The room air conditioning is a bit too cold for my liking even though it can be adjusted. The sun around Da Nang is very hot so you might want to swim only at dusk or dawn.
