My wife and I stayed in the 'Superior Double with Balcony & Partial Sea View'. Room - Clean, spacious and well-decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Although the balcony was small and unable to accommodate even a chair, the view of the sea in the distance was very nice. Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful. Pool - Somewhat small but well-situated on the rooftop. Shade was lacking, so swimming early in the morning or late in the afternoon are the most suitable times. Area - The beach is a very short walk away, just behind East West Brewing. Breakfast - The range of food options was good. Importantly, the coffee was decent.

We stayed for 1 night in Superior Double with Balcony & Partial Sea View - 14th floor. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in 4 hotels in Da nang in one week and this was the most beautiful hotel of all. Breakfast included, different variety of options from local Vietnamese food, to breads/pastries, cereals, fruit etc. Hotel is across the road from My Khe beach. Approximately 15 minute walk to My An area. Multiple selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, spa’s and motor bike rental. Staff take your luggage at entry and carry it separately to your bedroom. First floor in hotel is restaurant, second floor is lobby. Third floor is breakfast. 21st floor is pool with gym and spa. The shower was a perfect touch. So different to any other bathrooms. The room is very modern. The air con is silent and we had it on all night. Room had a fan above bed. The infinity pool is breathtaking. The views are incredible from the beach and city. The pool is big and has 8 loungers. It has a great big rooftop bar. The only problem was the balcony. Balcony is very small. You can’t walk out on to it much. There’s plants blocking your view. Upgrading to a balcony is not really worth it. On check out staff need to check your room before you can exit the hotel. They need to make sure you did not steal any belongings and that the room is left intact. Then you can proceed to exit.

Very nice room and badroom, good bed, nice infinitypool, breakfast oké, although not warm, and poor refills

Only 8 beds at the pool..., no bar at the pool (opens at 5?), no pooltowels in the room, so you have to be lucky to find an employee for a towel and search for a chair, unless you're lucky to have a sunbed

amazing property, new, clean and spotless with beautiful styling and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. directly across from the beach with many great restaurants and bars a stones throw away. I had read complaints about the nightclubs on the beach across from it and despite having stayed in one of the beach front rooms it wasn't an issue, yes you can hear it but you would have to be light sleeper to be disturbed by it, it is a city after all noise is common. the rooftop area is stunning, with amazing views all around and a great place to watch the sunset - you can also see the dragon bridge from here

the rooftop bar where the pool is located is only open from 5pm which means there is no service during the day to the pool area which is a complete waste and the prices when it is open are extortionate by local standards (we spent our time across the road as a result). it really is my only complaint against this otherwise beautiful hotel

The location was fab! Right opposite the beach and close to other places too. Rooms are beautiful- and I never got tired of the room. Hotel had a great rooftop too! I loved the pool! Especially as I went early morning (sunrise) and had the pool to myself! (Yes it’s on the small end compared to other hotels, but the infinity pool was very good nevertheless). Gym is also small but good!

Only thing was I wish I was alerted by the hotel that the Spa was out of function until May. They did offer a 10% discount on laundry because of that - but still would have been good to know before I got there. That was slightly disappointing.

Just everything! I wish I could give more than 10 stars Excellent value for money Helpful staff ..I needed to send a parcel home and the lady called the Vietnam post office to check info for me. And they printed some long documents with no charge . The breakfast selection was the best we have seen in 2 months away. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Great shower . Nice balcony Guys on the door were really helpful Across the road from the beach ( which was clean with loads of sunbeds to hire ) I can’t say enough good things about this hotel 15/10 for the money .. just fab

The rooftop pool was always windy but obv not the hotels fault and the beach was great so no probs there !!

Green exterior is exactly like in the hotel pictures. What a view! - Great location: super easy to get to the beach (just across the street) and to catch grabs to downtown area, quiet neighborhood, supermarkets around, beer brewing houses and beach bars nearby. - Great room: clean, comfortable and modern furnitures. - Helpful staff: answer quickly to our needs and provide good extra services such as car rental and tour suggestion. - Great rooftop bar with a swimming pool and bar area.

Swimming pool on rooftop is quite small. Not good enough to swim but definitely good for taking photos ;)

The staff at Chicland are the best! They were incredibly helpful with our various requests. For example, I needed to post a book and had great help to find the right packaging and then to do this. We also wanted to go to the cinema, and to book tickets in advance and Quoc was just fantastic, helping me. And as for Nguyet - she was outstanding when we reported that our neighbours had come in at 3.00 am and made a row in the corridor. She arranged for us to have another room while we were out and then came personally to make sure everything was okay. We really, really appreciated all the attention to our enjoyment of Danang. As for the hotel - it was great! Comfortable and stylish with wonderful balconies overlooking the sea. A great stay!

We celebrated our anniversary by booking this hotel and it was well worth it. The balcony overlooking the beach was spectacular with the most beautiful sunrise! The beds were super comfy and the rooms were super clean. Air conditioning was high tech with multiple settings. The washroom itself felt like you were in a spa. So much detail in the room and it was so nice to unwind in it after a long beach day. The hotel staff was super kind, knowledgeable and accommodating with anything you need. The rooftop pool was beautiful to chill at after having a well rounded buffet breakfast with each day having different options of food to eat! So tasty.

Excellent location and interior. Great rooftop bar (a bit too pricey) and nice pool. The stay itself was a pleasure. Stylish overall impression.

A four star hotel which asks for a deposit and returns it only, after someone has checked the room. Really? Honestly? I felt like a criminal in this case and never saw this before in a hotel of this category. Stop this, please! You have all my data in the case that I have broken something ... . The breakfast could have slighly more western things, like chocolate cream, hot milk and more fresh fruits. It was good, but not superior as the rest of the hotel (apart from the mentioned awkward checkout process).
