The staff was attentive, ensuring dishes were replenished promptly. Overall, a great combination of authentic flavors, diverse options, and a comfortable, accessible dining experience. The hotel was great. The location is very convenient, close to everything. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food, including two types of meat. The WiFi, in general, was high-speed, with a strong signal in the lobby, dining area, and hallways.

The area around the hotel is quite noisy in the evenings, especially due to locals singing karaoke. However, this is a common issue for any hotel in this lively location. The WiFi experience was mixed – while it was fast in common areas, the signal in our room was very weak, and the phone frequently disconnected. It seems that some rooms have a good connection, while others do not.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Grand Sea Hotel in Da Nang. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the beach. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options, and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to unwind. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and cafes. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Grand Sea Hotel offers both comfort and excellent service. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Danang. I’ll be back!

- Great service - Reception staff acted very quickly if we had a request (extra towels, opening the safe, shower problem) - Location is great, just around the corner you can get to the beach - Junior Suite was extra spacious with huge balcony

This didn't impact our stay too much, but some drawbacks were: - Furniture in the balcony and rails were not very clean. - Breakfast wasn't great, not much for European tastes. - The room was cleaned everyday, which was great! But the cleaning staff started knocking on the door very early in the morning.

We are given an upgrade on the room that we booked. The restaurant and the reception, especially the staffs, particularly Duc & Yen from the restaurant, for their undivided attention towards us and all other guest. But overall all the staffs are very hardworking n attentive. Cheers to the staffs of this hotel.

The toilet exhaust fan. We stayed there for 7 nights and was moved to 2nd room after the third night, both the room's exhaust fan are not working, while they managed to repair the fan for the first room, the 2nd was irreparable, even after we keep on reminds them about it

Excellent hotel and great value for what I paid. Great breakfast. Close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Staff were very helpful, and a shout out to Duc in the restaurant for helping me with my vietnam SIM card

There was some construction noise in my room ,but they upgraded me when I complained so I was happy.

The location was on point, there are many restaurants, shops, and massage places were around. Facility was clean and just like a shown in the photos. Breakfast was okay, normal Vietnamese hotel breakfast, nothing exceptional but nothing bad.

Room was nice, clean and tidy, need comfortable. Shower was a but low on pressure but ok.

The location didn’t suit us as it’s far from My A Beach further down where it’s more western area with restaurants, bars and cafes. This area basically is for Asian and mainly Chinese tourists, nice enough area but limited what foods available we like.
