We had the 2BR apartment for a family of 4. Rooms were clean and well maintained. A little tight with the bedroom, tv cabinet and sliding balcony door but it works. No bowls or utensils in the kitchen had to get room service. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. A very good wide range of foods available for the buffet breakfast. Location is good as it is right across from My Khe beach, it was nice to be able to walk to the beach and then back to hotel pool to enjoy the views of Da Nang.

Found a few ants crawling around in the living room but other than that, can't fault them. The cafe next to reception was expensive, a strong black coffee cost $110VND we found a nice coffee cafe down the road for much better quality and half the price.

The location is amazing - there are a couple of open beach clubs opposite the hotel, but the noise level isn't that high to keep you up. The staff is polite and friendly at the lobby and poolside. Breakfast was good and diverse, with live counters and freshly baked items. However, the options were almost the same for the entire week during our stay - it would have been better if there was a bit more variety. Overall experience was good though, and I might even visit the property again.

The porter at the front desk didn't help at all or even offer to carry our bags. There were 2-3 guys near the front door, but no one attended to us when we reached the hotel. Even during check-out, they didn't take the bags or help with loading luggage in the cab.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the room had a decent shower with a glass half shower screen. Bottled water was replaced when room was serviced every day. I like that room was serviced in the afternoon so we could sleep in. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Vietnam, a great variety with both western and Vietnamese food. There are also so many local food and coffee places in walking distance around the blocks nearby and across the road there are some great restaurants. There are also cheap places nearby to get laundry done by the kg if you want to do it that way.

The music across the road at the pink beach bar was so loud and the bass was crazy loud. If you want to go to bed early and have quiet this isn't the place for you. The hotel does have a sign in the room saying they offer ear plugs though. Although this is an apartment there are no plates or cutlery for use so just be wary of that. It did not bother us at all though.

The hotel was wonderfully located on the Da Nang beach. First off I would like to thank the amazing staff for their wonderful hospitality! The room was wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely balcony which boasted great views of the beachfront. It had a large lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two singles, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. (Please be advised that they are wet bathrooms, and thus, the floor outside the shower does get wet.) The breakfast was fantastic! The variety was amazing, and so fresh and tasty. Fresh fruit, western and eastern options. Cooked-to-order eggs and noodles with all the trimmings one could ask for. Delicious pastries and yummy coffee to finish it all off. We also got the tea set on the rooftop bar, and it didn't disappoint! The cocktails at the bar were delicious, and had a great happy hour. Speaking of the rooftop, the sweeping views of the beach and infinity pool were jaw-dropping. The lounge chairs were more like beds, but get there early as they do fill up, and don't forget your sunscreen! =/ My mother and I also had some treatments (facial and a foot massage) at the spa and had an amazing, relaxing experience. It was perfect for an end of day wind down. Reasonably priced and very professional. The surrounding area was easy to walk to and had some amazing restaurants and little shops. A short ride to the market near the Dragon Bridge, great for a nightly stroll. Does get super packed on the weekends after the Dragon Bridge fire and water show. My brother rented a scooter for a couple of days and the hotel were able to store it safely overnight in the basement. All in all it was a fantastic experience and one should not hesitate to book a trip to Da Nang! Will most definitely be returning!

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel has a great spa, pool area, and restaurants. It sits just across the street from the beach.

Our biggest disappointment was the loud music across the street that blared from dusk until way after midnight!! This is not the hotels fault, they have complained to the authorities, but it hasn’t stopped. Our room was on the 10th floor and you could feel the base of the music on your body at night. The breakfast buffet was average. Lots of choices, but average quality. Lastly, the laundry service was very expensive. We used a street vendor after using the hotel 1 time. The hotel price was 40 times the street vendor price.

The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, easy mart, chemist, food options and laundry. The breakfast had lots of choice, the pool is spectacular. and the staff were very helpful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was enough room for 2A and 2C (11 and 14), the drying rack on the deck was great for wet clothes. The room was very bright and a great view from level 19.

The pool could do with some umbrellas/shade.

We had a very comfortable stay at A La carte for one night prior to departing Vietnam. Our beach facing room had a kitchenette which would be perfect for longer stays. Great location directly opposite the beach with lovely views from our balcony. We didn't try the infinity pool but what a fantastic spot to relax. The Top Bar was a great place for cocktails, views and dinner. We had a very good steak dinner and the cocktails were good too. Breakfast had everything you needed to start your day. I would come back here again and stay for a longer period. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the One-bedroom Ocean View Suite with Balcony. The room was lovely with fantastic views. We liked that we had toilet in the open lay out ensuite but there was also a private toilet in the apartment too. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and look at everything happening on the beach and the beautiful sunrises. We had a buffet dinner as the fireworks we on that night and watched the bartenders put on an amazing show. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious.

Amazing stuff, breakfast has a lot of good options, nice pool on the rooftop, beach is just in front of the hotel. I really liked an idea of room design with kitchen, it’s practical for travels with family. Also hotel restaurants has nice deals for food and drinks. P.S. Hotel has a nice bakery on the ground floor, which offers “buy one - get one deal” after 7pm, their croissants are quite tasty!

Everything was fine, except the party bar in front, they play loud music till late, but hopefully hotels around the area can solve this problem soon, because the area is very nice and convenient

Hotel is clean and smells wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. SPA services were calming, you can even take a shower after receiving your massage. Located in the heart of My Khe beach.

Located at the heart of My Khe beach can be a blessing or a cursing. You just need to cross the street to get to several nice bars. But some of them have loud music until 2-3 in the morning, and when we stayed there was a marketing event - they built a stage on the beach, and the music from that place was nonstop. We stayed in a room facing the city and music was loud. If you can sleep with earplugs (provided by the hotel), you will be fine. Pool closes at 7pm. It wasn't an is issue for us, but maybe some travelers enjoy a night swim.
