Nice hotel, good location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean , spacious room with a sea view , free shuttle to airport. Restaurant was ok but rather overpriced and small portions.

Only 6 sunbeds on floor 21 for the whole hotel! Pool needs refurbishing with stone edge tiles crumbling. It is very noisy at night. Music blaring until 6:00 am on a Saturday morning from venues opposite on the beach. I read this complaint from other reviewers, and not sure why not addressed. The beach opposite was convenient. Very cheap sunbeds but a lot of litter and fag ends on the beach and attendants not cleaning up just walking past it!!! Beach club is better approx 1km south(white sunbeds)

Good location, Staff very attentive- hotel had a WhatsApp we could message with any questions/requests. Lots of options at breakfast and clean room.

Loud at night- could hear music from outside through the windows till early hours.

There is a lot of good things about this hotel and I would recommend it BUT there is one thing that may concern some, see below. Here are all the amazing points of the hotel: Close to beach 5mins walk Great breakfast and they make an effort to serve different foods daily. Lots of variety, viatnamese, western eggs, french bread etc The Family Suite room is very nice, we asked for a cot which was provided and my son slept in the Bunk bed room in his cot, allowing us privacy and the chance to watch TV etc The swimming pool is nice, small but nice. Location is nice, lots of restaurants within 10mins walk.

The hotel is situated on the main road right next to the beach. This means there are bars and lots of restaurants around. The disco/bar music is loud and continues until around 11pm. If you are a light sleeper or have children whom require quiet room, this is not for you.

All wonderful! We had spent amazing time there. The hotel looks great, in top condition, very clean. The location is the best if you want to be near one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There are plenty of good restaurants and super markets near by. The hotel stuff is TOP!! The most amazing people, very attentive with every guest. They made our stay very pleasant. We booked through them two day trips which were perfect and less expensive than is we would book them through other platforms or directly with the tour company. We highly recomand this hotel !!!

Excellent location, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows, good water pressure, nice rooftop bar, good breakfast buffet. Overall very pleased with this hotel and the staff. The staff were super cool and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept. I would absolutely stay here again. Stayed on two separate nights in May of 2025.

A nearby venue was playing party/club music, which we could hear, but it was not distracting or overly loud and didn't prevent us from sleeping, especially once we closed the curtains. Mentioning it here in case you are especially sensitive, in which case many of the beach hotels may also have this.

In a great location opposite My Khe beach. The room was comfortable, always clean, plenty of space / storage and had all the amenities we needed. The property had a good on site restaurant, roof top pool and a roof top bar which was nice to visit in the evening. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby so we were spoilt for choice. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

None - very happy with our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Belle Maison. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the beach. Our son especially loved the bunk bed! Everything—from the shower to the toilet—was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooftop restaurant served delicious food with amazing views. The location is perfect, close to both the beach and the city. It can be a bit noisy at night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful!! Upon arrival we were given a WhatsApp contact through which trips, airport transfer and alike could be arranged easily and reliably. We used transfers to the "Hot Springs", to Vinworld and to the airport. All worked out well and were priced appropriately. The hotel is situated very close to My Khe which is a very nice and lively beach. The rooftop bar is a nice spot at night.

The hotel is an older hotel that was mondernized somewhat lately but it's definately not as glitzy as on the pictures The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The restaurants in the immediate vicinity we found either overpriced (the "western" ones at the beach) or not very nice (the ones in the streets directly behind the hotel), but with a little bit of internet research we found good placed "just a Grab away".

The room was spacious with an amazing ocean view. The rooftop bar and pool were beautiful. My son really liked the wagyu burger at the restaurant. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. We had the best massage every morning. Hot stone massage and Himalayan salt massage were our favorite. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the beach, great massage, shopping, eating, sightseeing in Da Nang!

Best hotel during our 3 week stay in Da Nang. Good location. Lovely personnel with warm hospitality. We had a lovely stay at the hotel — everything was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We really appreciate the service and would definitely come back again. Keep up the great work!
