The hotel was very clean and elegant-looking. Staff greets you as soon as you reach the front, hold out umbrellas to shield you from the sun, and bring you drinks and snacks in the lobby while you check in. The room itself was very clean and exactly like the pictures. I really liked that they varied the breakfast options every day! Keeps things interesting. They had a wide selection of foods and drinks, including hot and iced American and Vietnamese coffee. I only took advantage of the afternoon tea once and although it was a smaller selection thank breakfast, it was good and I liked enjoying food while sitting by the pool. I also got a massage last minute (was going to go elsewhere but a thunderstorm hit and I didn’t want to walk) and I was not disappointed. The location is nice as well - very close to the beach, a street full of massage parlors, and lots of food. Also located in between the Lady Buddha, Marble Mountains, and Ba Na Hills. The best part was the staff. Entering and leaving the hotel always felt like a luxury experience with the doormen opening doors for you and covering you with the umbrella. There was an issue with our bathroom and they sent someone to fix it immediately. They also checked in on us the next day to make sure all was well. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience feel like you are at a 5 star resort. My whole family agreed we would stay here again in the future.

The rooms with an ocean view can be a bit noisy because of the nightclub across the street. This is an issue with most hotels in Da Nang, but to get to the beach, you have to cross a busy street with no streetlights. It can be daunting at first, but I got used to it quickly. Just walk at a steady, predictable pace for the drivers and motorists to know to avoid you.

Had a really lovely time staying at the monarch. Beds comfortable, bathroom great and breakfast fantastic. Best of all was the kindness and professionalism of the fantastic staff. The team went over and above to make us welcome and help with every detail. We really appreciate Gaga on the reception, Jolie, Mia, and Amy who looked after us at breakfast and in reception and Yuri who served us dinner and breakfast and had the biggest smile in Vietnam. The staff absolutely make this place.

This is a fabulous hotel with its own unique style. It is spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable. What makes this hotel is the staff, who are kind, caring and go out of their way to make sure we are happy with everything. We felt looked after! A special shout out to the beautiful Rose who helped us check in and showed us around and of course two other beautiful ladies Erica and Anita - all of these ladies made our stay so special. I do need to mention the excellent and complimentary (and unexpected) afternoon tea - this was delicious, and added a touch of class - although not good for the waist line! And the bedtime cookies!!! We also had Dinner one night and compliments to the chef as this was delicious! Highly recommend staying in this hotel. Every member of staff who works here were kind and helpful so thank you, to you ALL for making our stay so great 😊

We had an amazing stay at Monarque Hotel Danang! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable. On the first day, our room was beautifully decorated with roses, and we were surprised with a delicious cake prepared just for us. Although we initially booked a standard room, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a sea view room, which was a wonderful gesture. They also treated us to a complimentary three-course dinner for two, and later we received tickets for a special dinner where we tried their famous Vietnamese soup — it was fantastic! The hospitality, warm atmosphere, and care we received exceeded all our expectations. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. Thank you, Monarque Hotel, for making our honeymoon so special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang🫰🏻!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Monarque Hotel Da nang and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay extra pleasant. The location is perfect – close to the beach. The hotel also offers a great breakfast selection especially for a vegetarian. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail received from Anita, Mia and Flora. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel.

The king-size bed is comfortable and the room, overall, is nice and clean. The breakfast, as others have stated, is really great and one of the best that I've experienced for a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool is small, but large enough to swim and lounge for a couple of hours. The hotel's location is great with the beach literally right across the street and good restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, it's a great value for the price.

The room is comfortable and clean, but there is literally no view; it faces the wall of the hotel next door. And there was only one chair in the small seating area near the bed. It would have been nice to have had two chairs. The bathroom is fine, too, but there isn't enough counter space to put your stuff. But, there is a small desk with a mirror where you can put on your makeup, etc. But, these are all minor inconveniences and they didn't take away from the overall comfort and quality of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Monarque hotel Da Nang. The main highlight was the customer service with friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean with all amenities you need (even an umbrella). Good buffet with variety for each day we stayed in. Location is ideal to walk to the beach, see the sunrise and to take a quick car ride to attactions. Our room (Royal double room with sea view) had a wonderful view to watch the sunrise. Recommend.

We spend 5 wonderful nights at Monarque Hotel. The rooms were super clean the location is fantastic and the service is really outstanding and this is due to the stuff who are always hearing. I really recommande this hotel you really be surprise by the high attention the staff will bring to you during your stay … They also offer a tea time extremely consistant from 2 to 5 Pm … My kids love it ! I strongly recomand the Hotel .

Monarque Hotel was a fantastic way to start to our Vietnam holiday! We booked the King Room with Sea View and our room was massive with an amazing view of the ocean. The service from staff was 5 star, something that other hotels we stayed at afterwards didn’t quite match! They left us lovely surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary too. Location was excellent and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Vietnam again ❤️.

Great location next to the beach. During our stay staff were excellent, and obviously took great pride in their work. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, with a wide range of options. Place looks very fancy and high end.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to organise any transport or activities through this hotel as there's no WhatsApp and I was given an incorrect email address at first, so I just arranged stuff myself or through our previous hotel in Hoi An. Personally the bed was too hard for me, but it suited my partner very well.
