The hotel is absolutely beautiful in design and cleanliness, staff are at a finger tips away at assisting with any questions that you have , the buffet was amazing, the rooms view is breathtaking with a gorgeous balcony, the rooms are really spacious for 2 people and 2 beds. Showers were clean on arrival and house keeping were non stop keeping up the cleanliness throughout day and night. Nancy is a lovely and genuinely warm hearted lady who will assist and make your stay easier and smooth. Can't recommend this hotel and all its lovely staff enough.

The hotel boasts a prime location directly across from the beach. Opting for a beachfront room with a balcony ensures stunning views and the opportunity to witness beautiful sunrises. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff, particularly Thuong Le (Nancy), who went above and beyond to assist me. She provided invaluable information, helped organize activities, and arranged seamless day trips. I highly recommend requesting her assistance—she is incredibly attentive and ensures all requests are handled efficiently. Thanks to the outstanding service and excellent experience, I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Da Nang. Highly recommended!

The breakfast can get crowded especially if you go there late. There are only two lifts in the hotel and sometimes there is a wait.

We loved the location, right across the beach. We stayed in room 1701 (a family apartment), which had the best beach view from both bedrooms and the living room. Nancy Nguyen at the front desk was very helpful and efficiently managed our entire outdoor trips. Cong Khoi was also helpful. At breakfast, MY Duyen helped me select vegetarian dishes from the spread. 10/10 for all the staff who were always smiling and welcoming; they made our stay memorable. Kids loved the staff and rated the stay at Paracel as the best so far. Spa was also very good and relaxing.

The swimming pool was passable and the gym was very mediocre. However, these are not the highlights. The location across the beach and excellent staff are Paracel's strengths.

Hotel very nice and staff, especially Yume(not sure if I spelt her name correctly) but she was really lovely, good English, made the time to talk with me and others in the restaurant. Other staff also very friendly. Breakfast had a good choice. Hotel across the road from beach. Swimming pool on top was ok, but quite cold to get into but I did every morning, was like my own pool!

I was on the 9th floor. Sometimes had to wait for the lift, which was often full. I mainly used the stairs to get to 2nd floor to restaurant. My man n disliking, mainly Indian guests noisy in the corridors and always slammed bedroom doors. Hotel need to put stickers on doors asking to not slam doors. Shame some need reminders there are other people in the hotel!

Loved our stay at this hotel. We had to change our booking at the last minute from three nights to two nights and the team were more than accommodating with the request. On reaching the hotel, the lobby was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming, getting us our room as early as possible. The room was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious with all the amenities we needed. We saw some comments about limited breakfast but were so pleasantly surprised when we went to eat - the team noted we were vegetarian from our booking and went out of their way to point out suitable dishes and even make us separate dishes without us asking! The breakfast team really were excellent.

The staff, particularly in the restaurant for breakfast, made this solo traveler feel very welcome and not alone. Just very nice, sweet staff, especially Dung.

Absolutely nothing!

The location was excellent very close to the beach although you do have to cross a busy main road. All the staff were fantastic they went out of their way to help us by booking trips and taxis nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. The staff in the breakfast area were also great getting everything we needed to make us very comfortable

Unfortunately due to the design of the bath every time we had a shower it flooded the bathroom. We feel it would be better to get rid of the bathroom in favour of a walk-in shower Breakfast was mainly aisian and did not really cater for Europeans

Dan Nang generally has a feeling of a tourist factory and the same is true about the hotel. It is quite simple (although claiming to be a 4star hotel), but clean and all the basics are covered. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Their SPA Center is very pleasant The location is good in terms of access to the beach and lots of street food around.

While the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, there were a few drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. The swimming pool is quite small and surrounded by only a handful of sun beds, making it difficult to relax. The elevators often ran slowly (and sometimes stopped between floors), leading to frustrating waits. In the bathroom, the shower design allows water to spray beyond the bath, so the floor gets soaked every time you shower. These issues are worth noting if you’re looking for a truly comfortable stay.

The breakfast and helpful staff, nice huge rooms.

Not a problem with the hotel per se, but there is a club across the street and it's annoyingly loud with basses smashing windows even as high as in our room on the 16th floor. One night it was playing "music" till almost 5am. I would want to stay in the front rooms with sea view even if it was for free. Most of the nights it for quieter around midnight, but not always.
