I was very happy to spend my first month in Da Nang in one of the duplex rooms in the Glomad. Although some of the furnishings and the floor were a little tired, the rooms had lots of light and the staff kept everything extremely clean and comfortable. It's hard to tell from the photos, but these rooms actually have excellent city views. I also loved having the extra bathroom. The location is excellent. A very short walk to the beach (the front desk provides towels) and the street is full of restaurants and stores. The best part about staying at the Glomad though was the people. The staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Really sorry about having to leave them.

Staff was amazing, ready to help, very prompt to answer all the time; the location was amazing and the breakfast was vast and delicious!

I didn't notice at the moment but I didn't get the room that I booked. Yes, no windows, but no pool either. Also, the room was right outside the laundry area and the two elevators, so if you are a light sleeper, maybe make sure to be away from there, otherwise you'll hear the noise of the cleaning staff and the bells of the two elevators every two minutes.

I loved staying here. The bed is super comfy. The staff are so kind and helpful. I arrived late and as a solo traveller, the man at the desk was more than happy to help me and take me to a place to buy a SIM for my phone. There is a nice pool, it wasn't that busy when I went but I was happy with that. The air con works perfectly. Also they provide the essentials - toothbrush, comb, ear buds, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and even a disposable razor aha

Good value for the money,don't t expect a luxurious place if you paid peanuts but the room is comfortable, bed, blanket and pillows are soft. They don't offer a feast for breakfast but enough to fill up. Bonus, there's a lot of restaurants outside the hotel which offer good rates. The hotel offers a list of the stuff that we require as a tourist, it is posted on the lift. If you require more information their reception is very helpful. They treat you like a friend not just as customer. You can use Grab to go around the area.

Nothing, everything is great

Firstly, the beds were super comfortable and the housekeeping went above and beyond to make things clean and tidy. Staff were attentive, helpful and very sweet. The breakfast was great with lots of options for all diets and everything was kept hot/cold until end of breakfast. The security guard was so sweet and waved us goodbye whenever we left and as two women travelling it definitely made us feel safe. The cute receptionist guy was also so incredibly kind and helped us figure out our day trips and with recommendations. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Everything was perfect for me! The clean room, comfy bed & the price was really affordable. Breakfast was basic but it was tasty & more than enough for me. The staffs really helpful & friendly too. They recommend me some of the coffee shop nearby, just a walking distance and My Khe beach just few minutes from the hotel. Strongly I recommend to stay here when you reach Da Nang!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, modern, and clean (spotless!), and well located. Rooms are spacious, they come with very comfy beds and pillows. Fantastic breakfast buffet I have never seen before in my previous stays (it has everything you desire - pastries, fresh fruits, various dishes etc). The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels, very high standard- just like in the photos.

Street noise in the City View Rooms- vendors outside circling around with recorded audio advertisements going around night can really ruin your sleep even if you are wearing earplugs - something to be aware of. My first night was in a no-window twin room and I had a perfect sleep there.

Really sweet little hotel in Da Nang, on a cute street full of shops, spas, and cafes. A lovely area to explore on foot. It’s also just a 25 minute walk from the big night market, which is perfect for an evening out. Or take a Grab Scooter for extra fun! The breakfast was average (a bit dry) but they did have some tasty fried eggs, which hit the spot. Tip: Don’t book your taxi before checking out. The hotel requires a few minutes for housekeeping to inspect the room before you leave. Totally fair, but I booked mine too early, so just something to keep in mind. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a night or two if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and well-located.

Staff were helpful and informative; Property is less than 5 mins away from the beach; Breakfast was filling; and the room was clean and comfortable to stay in. They don’t have in-house laundry service, but they can call a 3rd party laundry service on your behalf — worth roughly VND 15,000 / kilo, if memory serves me right.

The property is close to other establishments so expect some noise during the night (thankfully not the entire night).

The staff! Amazing customer experience 😁. Tracey and team really look after everything. We had Vietnam visa issues and were delayed a few days. They were kind and allowed us to cancel the original booking and waived the cancellation fee. We ended up staying just 1 night, instead of the original 3. An absolute shame as this was the best hotel throughout the month long trip. Room was a good size, with modern design and very clean. Breakfast was very good, serving Asian and western options. Really good value. Tracey recommended great local cafe and restaurants, within 15 mins walk of the hotel. Grab car pick ups 1-3 mins. Security help with luggage 😁
