We had an amazing stay at Elites Hotel in Da Nang! The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach and steps away from great shops and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the city. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing spot to unwind. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Overall, incredible value and a memorable experience—we highly recommend Elites Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang!

The hotel room was nice, I love sleeping on a king size bed, room was nice and big, and the staff clean the room each morning, and we're super quick about it. I can't say enough about the girls at the front desk, they go way above and beyond to help everyone out. To sum it up, their service is outstanding. Location of the hotel was great, block and a half from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars, at first, I was going to go to hotel on the beach, I'm really glad I ended up here.

Very nice staff. Always ready to help. I had some issues in the room and help was quickly there. Also the room maids helped me with buying a jacket which was really nice. Clean room and bathroom. Location really good. Washing clothes possible for a small fee.

Actually it looked better on the advertised pictures. Room furniture and doors quite old. Doors not easy to close. Had some issues in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose and water drops came from the ceiling. However help was quickly there. Also I had quite some mini ants in the room.

The location is excellent. Close to the beach and everything, without being too crowded. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom ceiling had a minor plumbing problem, and they moved us to another room without any problems. Highly recommended. The pool and gym were also great. We would choose it again for a long stay.

AC at the gym. Maybe he had it, but we didn't know. They were painting the facade, and if you leave the curtain open, they can see you inside the room. We didn't notice at first. The should tell you that.

The dining hall was under renovation so no BF was available in the hotel. However, there were plenty of eateries around. The location was not exactly on the seafront as advertised but it was just 7-8 minutes walk away. The Dragon bridge is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, and the Marble cave is seven kilometers away. Room wise, we definitely got better than we paid.

Once the hotel restaurant opens, this hotel should have no problem getting good reviews always. There really is nothing to dislike considering the very good bargain it gives for a well located hotel.

We booked this place at the last minute, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, with a comfortable and clean bed. The bathroom was modern, immaculately clean, and equipped with stable hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was high-speed and stable throughout our stay. Free drinking water is also provided in the lobby. The highlight of the property was the pool on the 12th floor. It was not only clean and beautiful but also offered an incredible view of the sea, making our experience even more memorable. Overall, everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this place!

Good location and a short walk to the beach. The room was nice and welcoming. Pretty decor in the room and lobby was lovely. Large shower. The pool was good, perfect temperature when we used it. There is also a gym with some basic equipment. Overall a pretty peaceful stay.

Some surfaces in the room hadn’t been wiped down. We were surprised on checking out early morning to see the receptionist sleeping on a little bed behind the reception desk. We felt really awkward and bad having to wake her up so that we could check out.

Amazing value for money!! The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the pool on the rooftop was so nice to chill out although very cold🤣 we did come in February so we expected it. Staff were amazing and very helpful as we arrived early they stored our luggage for us until the room was ready.💕 location was a short walk to the beach.

Every-time we had a shower the water was only hot/warm for around 2 minutes then turned freezing. Quite annoying.

Unfortunately there was a gap between the room door and the floor (about 1 finger), so I could hear all the noise coming from the hallway/outside. I tried to cover it during the night but could still hear some noises in the room, especially in the morning due to some construction work nearby

It's close to the beach, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were friendly and the pool was pretty nice.

The cleaning is slacking off. There are many surfaces in need of cleaning, but it seems like the staff clean only superficially. The pool ladder is barely standing, they really need to up their maintenance.
