- great staff who were very helpful and prompt with any requests or issues - very tasty breakfast options (though they do ask you to pick your breakfast in advance) - walking distance to the beach, well-situated in Da Nang for everything we wanted to do - enjoyed how they provide different scents of soap for you to choose from at check-in - we paid for the bubble bath service and were quite happy with the result (they prepped it for us before we returned to the hotel, at the perfect time)

- our AC had a leak but this was quickly remedied by staff - the design of the hotel means that sound travels from the ground floor up thru the rest of the building, which looks cool but also means that if there is loud activities going on early in the morning, you will hear it. Specifically there is an ice box that gets banged a lot, and the chairs in the cafe area make very loud scraping noises when people move them. It would be good if those chairs had some felt/rubber/whatever on the bottom to soften the noise. We were on the third floor and could hear those things quite clearly starting from 7am when breakfast service starts.

I spent my birthday at The Memory. The staff are so friendly and polite here, and go out of their way to help you in any way possible. The breakfast is fantastic, it's very close to the beach, and the rustic aesthetic makes it feel like a modern log cabin. If you like wooden scents, this is the place for you. The hotel itself was smaller than I anticipated but it makes up for it with the beautiful decor lining every wall and ceiling. The hotel room itself is a perfect size and I could definitely see a romantic getaway here!

If you want to go anywhere, it's likely that you'll need to take a grab. This is obviously out of the hotel's control.

The dorms room was very small but the bed was comfortable so it was okay, also tbe bathrooms and the showers were small but enough, I’d say cozy. The breakfast is amazing and it mainly worth coming for the breakfast.

When I’ve come to check it they told me to come after 14:00 or maybe later like 16:00, which was very uncomfortable because I wanted to settle in and take a shower.. I thought there will be more vibes but the first floor with tables was empty of people, there’s not a proper place to just chill and hang out at the hostel. There are a lot of stairs to get to the dorms, ALOT. But, it’s also good for the sports

I had such a good time here. I took a short break from work and stay in this hotel for one night and it was really nice. At first I was a bit worried about the noise as I read the reviews from other customers but it turned out I was having quite a pleasant night in the dorm. It is not noisy at all. Of course I did hear the sounds from the street but it wasn't a serious problem, those sounds are not too loud. Also, did I mention the BREAKFASTTTTTT? It was so good. I feel like for the price range that I paid - I have a comfy bed and a breakfast, it is such a good deal ngl! I would highly recommend you to try the traditional Danang noodles, it was so good. 100% recommend! I would definitely book a room when I come back to Danang next timeee.

The room was nicely organized, clean and well-equipped. The bathroom is really nice, spacious and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Alice, Toan, Ryan, Bao, Phung, Peter and Emma. They accommodated my sick girlfriend nicely, booked a private car for me, washed laundry (for a fee) and let me borrow an umbrella during the rain. The breakfast every morning (to order from a small menu) was absolutely delicious. I have quite high food standards and this is simply really good, freshly-made and gorgeous meals every morning.

In winter (January) cold air was continually breezing into the shower and entire room. No window to close airflow available. Doves in the niche below the window made a lot of noise through the last night.

It was my first trip to Vietnam booked within 12 hours, to my surprise this property was the best part of my trip! It said hostel but it was nothing less than a boutique hotel with very friendly, warm and helpful staff. The highlight was the breakfast - they gave us options to pick from a day in advance and it was delicious, very well laid out and with great accompaniments. Made a bunch of friends at the restaurant, the space offered the best coffee options I had in Vietnam. Will definitely recommend and go back very soon!

There should have been some activities and engagement schedules for people to interact and loosen up. Had to walk up to people myself to talk and find company. Also it would've been great if there was a spa inside but that's bonus.

Really cute little boutique with twisting staircases and interesting room designs! Super clean and convenient bathroom set up. The staff was lovely, happily giving recommendations and explaining things through. Lovely lobby too, reminiscent of a trendy cafe, with free fruit, snacks and water available at all times. Delicious breakfast.

My only issue was that there was no lock on the door to the dorms, and the lockers were too small to fit my main backpack. There wasn’t much floor space either, so it felt quite cramped. A simple keycard for the dorm door would already make it feel much more secure.

I spent four nights at this very pretty and cozy hotel.It’s only 5-minutes walk to the beach and just walking distance to many restaurants and spas. The breakfast is amazingly good and the staffs offer free fruits and snacks throughout the day.The staffs were always ready to help and recommended great places and shopping spots as well. Loved everything about this hotel! The small cozy feel of the boutique hotel and the small little details (you get to chose from their signature shampoo/conditioner/shower gel) Breakfast was amazing (rivals that of a brunch spot + a barista drink is included) Love the free fruit and snacks that is available throughout the days The bed was SO comfortable and bathtub was amazing! Location is great too, only 5 mins to the beach. This is the place to book! I even extended my stay by a night. A special shout out to the team at Memory (Ryan, Alice, Phung, Twan & Lan) that my stay incredible - thank you!

Breakfast and service are AMAZING. Location is pretty nice, lots of supermarkets and cafes/restaurants around. Great lounge area for night calls or work spaces.

Tbh I'm surprised that the dorm is THAT small. Your bed with the bed across you is only 2 walking steps away. No enough space for big luggages (2 luggages can already make it hard to walk inside the room). But the bed is pretty comfortable. Would be nice if the pillow is more fluffy tbh (but this is personal preferences).
