This hotel is beautiful, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious, though the placement of the shower and toilet was a bit unusual. The highlight was the beautiful, large bathtub in the room, which we made great use of—relaxing in the bath while watching Netflix was a treat! The TV worked well, perfect for some downtime. The infinity pool was stunning and appeared well-maintained. Unfortunately, the cooler weather meant we couldn’t use it, but we still enjoyed the lovely views. We were initially given one key but requested another, which was promptly provided. The laundry service is charged per garment, so we opted to go elsewhere. For breakfast, the restaurant offered a variety of buffet options, along with freshly cooked eggs prepared to order. You could request housekeeping as needed, but staff were always nearby to assist with anything. The room included a very basic minibar, along with complimentary water, coffee, and tea replenished daily. The location was convenient—close to the beach and just a short drive to the main town center—though it’s a bit removed if you want to be in the middle of everything. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This hotel have lot of safety issues . I almost break my head hitting the bathroom door( the do not open together and during the night you do not notice that ) The metal band attached to the entrance hallway is not fixed and it easy to slip on the stairs . the reception stuff are friendly but not knowledgably. No power of decision. The restaurant has a great patio but the food is not a good choice for western people

Perfect loction one street back from the beach. Modern styled hotel, with lovely staff. Nice breakfast included, option to request eggs etc. The staff were kind and got me a cake for my birthday. Room was huge, nice view of the street and had nice greenery outside. Great value for money. Gym was small but had enough to do a maintenance workout. Pool was lovely up the top with a view.

Staff were talking loudly in the corridor in the early morning. I checked out early and there wasn't an early check out box so I just left my card on the counter (there was a staff member) sleeping on the floor behind the counter but I didn't want to wake them.

A really nice hotel with helpful staff in a great location. The pool and rooftop seating are great and lovely on a sunny day. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Our room was comfortable, although for a ‘room with no windows’ we were expecting the room to be darker (we stayed in 301). The TV didn’t work on our first night and they sent up someone who didn’t understand English, didn’t know what to do and wasn’t very helpful (thankfully it was fixed the next day!) The bathroom is a wet room - but it could do with a little barrier between the shower and toilet as it gets SOAKED. We had to use a couple of towels to ensure the water didn’t go through the door into our room. Having said the above, it was a great stay!

The rooms are really nice and they come with everything you would need. It's a short walk to the beach which is ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool on the rooftop has a great view.

Three things which one of them the hotel has no control over. The breakfast was just ok, nothing to write home about. It could use some variaty. The shower and toilet are in the same spot so the toilet gets completely wet which you have to keep in mind if you have to go during the night and everything is still wet and slippery. And finally there are scooters driving through the streets loudly broadcasting through speakers what they are selling which ends when morning comes which can hurt your sleep quite a lot.

The property is very modern. Our room was large, bed so comfortable and awesome rain shower head. All staff are amazing… so kind, friendly and so helpful. The breakfast selection is good with both Asian and Western dishes… eggs made to order. The breakfast servers were always friendly and helpful. Location is excellent…. 5 min walk to the beach, many restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Rooftop pool was amazing. 10/10!!

The comfiest bed we’ve stayed in during our trip in SE-Asia! So much so that we re-booked this accommodation 3 times over 2 weeks - checking out of other accommodation to come back here. The rooms are modern and spacious, the shower/baths are to die for. You don’t get much noise from the road. Smart tv and fast wifi. A luxurious experience for a brilliant price - I even spent my birthday here after considering all the other options we knew none came close for the value for money. The rooftop pool is a great touch and the gym is small but has what feels like brand new equipment. The staff are pleasant and even gave me a cake on my birthday! The rooms are cleaned daily and the whole hotel feels clean too. Absolutely 100% recommend this hotel.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast… Come early if you want choice. Things aren’t topped up and the little choice they have (that’s not really random things, for example spaghetti carbonara made an appearance a few times) gets taken fast.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Anh Minh! She helped us book a Limousine service for the next part of our trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh for a great price. The kitchen staff even catered for my partner's dietary needs when he got ill. The Hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and is in a central and serviced location.

I would say the buffet had limited types of food and no tags in front of any dish to explain what it is or if it contained ay allergens.

Nice modern hotel, good breakfast and just a block away from the beach, great location! Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Pool in the top floor is definitely the highlight of the hotel.

One of our rooms was immediately next to the elevator and the structure is clearly not soundproof. We would have quite a lot of noise early in the morning as people were moving and doors were constantly opening/closing. Breakfast is good but doesn't have great variety. Would be easy to have more variety of fruit and juices, as an example.

- Superb Location. Literally beside many seafood eateries, minimarts, cafes and the beach. We walked back to hotel in 5 mins after 2024 countdown from the beach. - Staff are friendly, helpful in luggage and speak English - Junior Suite have modern designs with Smart TV and desk area. WIFI was fast.

- Breakfast was very average. Only get it if u are rushing early to attractions. If not there are plenty for super delicious cafes and phó beside you. E.g, Pho Thin and Lighthouse Coffee. - Room layout has basin and bathtub in the open area with your bed. Do note if this bothers you or your partner.
