Basic but very clean and comfortable room. Perfect location. They let us check in a bit earlier when room was available. There was a bad smell from the toilet sometimes. The guy in the reception wasn't very informed about public transport. I asked about public bus to Hoi An and he told me there is not, to take a bus about 300k per personperson instead. I give you this info: along the sea side, there is a little red bus (number 02) every 30/40 minutes running. You can wait for it at the bus stop (it's indicated bus 06 only, but I assure you, also the 02 is stopping). Two tickets for one ride, for a total of 25k ✌ you're welcome

It was a super nice place, so it was worth it for the price, near the beach and not too far from the night market. They have a lift, which is really helpful and the room was perfect, not too big but you have all what do you need.

Someone from staff talked to me, to my private number, first a phone call, and then a wsp message asking if we could talk. That was so uncomfortable, and it is the only reason I would never come back.

No free coffee in the room, but you can get great coffee close by for cheap, so it's not too much of an issue. Also, my room did not have "sea views" even though that was stated.. but it was only a 5 min walk from the beach, so again, it's not to much of an issue!

Love the location, it's safe and 350 m to the beach and value for money. Best hotel to stay in Danang, super mart hotel ATMs are are near by and the tourist visiting places as wel and airport. Thank you guys 😊

I love everything about this place but one advise. Please keep a spare mirror outside in the bedroom so that it helps to get ready outside n not only in the bathroom .

We had a nice stay at Kingdom hotel in Da Nang. It’s in a great location as the beach is just a short walk away and there are lots of great restaurants and bars on the same street. It is a few kms from the main town, but it is a very nice walk along the foreshore to get into town or you can get grab bikes/taxis for really cheap prices. We found there was enough going on in the local area that we didn’t need to venture into the main town very often. There is a great swimming pool area on the roof.

Clean enough, room service and 2x 350ml water bottles provided everyday, nice staff. Good value and comfy beds.

Shower is only lukewarm and lots of ants but that's common in pretty much any hotel in vietnam. Keep in mind the room might be small if you have 2 suitcases.

Smell from the bathroom and all the noise from the nearby bars at night (its not the hotels fault). They didnt provide water, however there was water that can by bought in the mini bar.
