We have been travelling for 7 weeks and wanted a nice place to reset and recharge. Opted for the ocean front room which cost extra, but well worth the extra money! 15th floor, stunning views down the beach. Incredible views from the rooftop pool on level 22. Great breakfast selection, and the restaurant staff we so incredibly friendly. They even asked us if we wanted some fruits that weren’t being served as part of the buffet, and went to get us some. Large comfortable bed, both shower and bath (which were separate) in our room. 10/10 recommend staying here, and would come back

The first night, it seemed almost every other room on our floor was booked by a large group of people partying who were up banging doors, yelling in the hallway and smoking out their window until 5am which kept us up… this has no reflection on the hotel, however a rude reminder to us how selfish some people can be while on holiday!! I think da Nang attracts crowds like this due to the beach and party culture.

The location was fantastic, right across the road from the beach and many restaurants. The staff were amazing especially Miss Van, she was there when we arrived to check-in and we saw her many times throughout our stay. She even offered us a free set dinner because we stayed for so long. There was also a mini mart right next door and many coffee shops/stands and food places around the corner and on the same street. Every morning at breakfast the staff remembered what we liked, the egg section and soups were so good!!

The bed was very firm; however they all seem to be in Vietnam. The food was all delicious and the breakfast has a big selection, the only downside was that the hot food dishes were not always hot enough.

The wonderful staff. Ms Gian in the Breakfast room was super efficient and the breakfast was excellent. The roof top swimming pool was wonderful with a great view. The staff at Reception, Kieu Anh and Guong was so welcoming and helped with lots of information. Well done to Maxmillan Hotel and we will stay again if back in Da Nang

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The view from the room is spectacular and we watched the best sunrise of our lives from our beds. Service is immaculate, location is perfect right on mykhe beach. There's a 24hr mart right next to it too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I visit Danang next. Highly recommended!

Great location near the beach and main sights. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. The overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful and easy to talk to, handling check-in and questions smoothly. A good option if you’re looking for something straightforward and well-located

The hotel room is very clean and when we requested for change of bedsheet due to the sand from the beach, our request was attended immediately without any hassle. The staffs are very polite and professional, especially Mr Thạnh - Restaurant Manager Overall, wonderful staying experience in the hotel with the beautiful sea view. Highly recommend.

Good location, the hotel staff is exceptionally nice. The breakfast was good with wide variety of food and the swimming pool on the roof has a nice night view over the sea.

The air conditioner has to be turned on whenever we re-entered the room - for the first few times we didn't recognized it was turned off and didn't understand why the room was getting hot. The reception area was really cool compared to the outside temperature - it was chill to walk through it after swimming.

Conveniently located to beach and restaurants. Undercover parking for motorcycle.

Access to hotel always had cars out the front making it hard to ride motorcycle in. Employees didn't have the best English speakers.

Staff were friendly and there were a good variety of foods at breakfast

9/10 only because it was loud at night due to the music from across the street. Perhaps consider more sound proofing during your next reno.

it'll be good if the massage service can charge to the room, so that can pay all together when we checked out But during our stay, had to find cash to pay after service is a bit inconvenient.
