Staff are professional and friendly. Very thoughtful & helpful. Daily room cleaning is offered and staff replenish bottle water (other hotels always forget). Air conditioning is great. They have two different light patterns, warm and white light options for your eyes. Shower is strong and hot water comes fast. Early check in was such a nice offer. Staff even asked if we want to see our rooms before we checked in. Lobby is cool w air conditioning and fans. Wifi is great.Tv has many channels (+English) and works perfectly. Big windows and natural light. We did have an issue with a hair dryer and fridge, that was because a fuse or something. That was fixed quickly and a new hair dryer.

Small issues. Water slowly drained in our shower unit. Hot water was very hot. From the sink, i got burned.( so be careful ) Ants... only when sugary food is left around. In that particular unit.

Some guests smoke in their rooms or in the hallway. It says no smoking on the plaques on every floor by the elevator. I'm not sure if the hotel is a no smoking hotel. But if they keep allowing people to smoke in their rooms. It will destroy the air conditioning machine and the rooms will start to smell like smoke. My only concern as the smoke from outside comes into our room. We were coughing and couldn't sleep.

the neighbourhood had a 3 day event for a funeral. started w loud banging at 5am. the day after it was done. construction resumed at 6am next door. people's smoke from their room or in the hallway floats into our room.. they should really tell people no smoking in the hotel or go downstairs to smoke. maybe have an ashtray stand so people see it & know to smoke outside the hotel.

Hot water showers and internet works

Temporary staff came once to clean then no staff. Have to message to get toilet paper and water. Only got once this week... Are people drunk and trying to open the next door? Or is someone trying to break into the rooms? Building is starting to feel unsafe. People have open doors from the side with no windows. Teenagers are coughing like crazy and waking back and forth all night in the hall ways

A fair price for a quite nice room near the beach! I only stayed one night, but I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The elevator and stairs seem a bit old, but the rooms are surprisingly modern and well-equipped.

I had some issues with the key card at first, because it also requires a code and when I checked in in the evening there was only the security guard there so he didn’t specify how to get into the room and it took me a bit to figure it out. But maybe that’s just me.

I felt so comfortable and contented with my stay, I booked and stayed with them for 12 days (the whole time I stayed in Vietnam) I was also working too and I can work while travel and Alyssa hotel made it easy for me to do both while staying at their hotel. It’s also minutes away from the beach

People smoke inside the building or their units... Perhaps it's the culture. But smoking will damage the hotels ac, walls and beds/rooms and drapes. Please remind new guests no smoking in the hotel. Or smoke outside at the front.

Good location, close to the beach, there is a pharmacy next door. Reasonable price

Soundproof is unacceptable, we could hear other people talking so loud. Furthermore, there is some trash housekeeping left in the bathroom and hair on the floor. The last thing, they sell instant noodles but no kettle set-up 😕

The receptionist Ms Chau is helpful and give a true hospitality service. Room is small but cozy. Spacious toilet.

Some crazy local young guys made noise with their motorcycle. It's getting super quiet from midnight and I had a good sleep.

Everything is great as always

Cleaning staff can be a little loud in the morning, dropping buckets and broom handles and talking loud. Neighbourhood just started construction and it starts at 7am..
