I had a wonderful stay at the M92 Boutique Hotel in Da Nang. The service was exceptional, especially considering the very reasonable rates. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which offered ample space, extra amenities, and complimentary bottled water. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. I particularly loved the stylish interior design, and the washroom was also excellent. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Dami was particularly helpful, offering great recommendations and support throughout our stay. While the pool area wasn't the hotel's strongest feature, this wasn't a concern for me as I hadn't booked the hotel for its pool. Overall, M92 Boutique Hotel is a charming and comfortable option for travelers seeking a great experience.

The staff, particularly Dami, and Sam were extremely kind and helpful. We would recommend this stay. Not only did we get a room upgrade, but they also arranged quality ride to Hoi An. Thank you Dami and Sam for making our stay so memorable.

Stay was perfect.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location but a short walk to beach everything very clean, Netflix on smart TV, bedding so comfortable!! Room cleaned daily if you require, breakfast really good options food in cafe downstairs pretty good as well. Staff are all very friendly and attentive, especially Dami and Mia extended my stay and booked my onward train journey for me look forward to staying again.

Close proximity to the beaches and Da Nang city. Modern rooms with updated appliances. Cool layout. Strong wifi. If you love seafood, surrounded by the best restaurants. Staff can’t do enough to help you.

conveniently located near 4-star+ restaurants and numerous minimarts. We enjoyed our stay here. price includes a breakfast buffet and daily housekeeping. rooms appear to have been recently renovated, as they were spotless & air conditioning seemed well-maintained. large smart TV was a great feature, allowing us to watch Netflix in HD. The Wi-Fi connection was very strong and the rooftop pool had clean, well-maintained water. Overall, a fantastic experience, thanks Dami for the great reception service.

Hot water in the shower could be hotter given that it was ~17-21 degrees celcius during our stay

We loved our stay at the hotel! It was so clean & comfortable which is important to us & felt so luxury for a budget price! We stayed for a week & had a brilliant time. Super clean, lovely staff & free breakfast too. The staff went above and beyond for us to make sure I had a bespoke vegan breakfast each morning (Asian style) which was lovely! Modern room, huge smart tv & nice amenities in a central location near the beach!

We loved everything just bare in mind it's near the beach but a little further for the main tourist hub of the beach and restaurants (maybe 20 mins walk) but still a nice beach area nearby or a quick grab ride away so no issue for us!

Nearby there are local cafes with delicious food and cozy coffee shops. Very kind, helpful, honest, sincere staff. Especially DAMI and MIA. You are the best! 🤍🥹 The hotel itself has an unusual, pleasant design. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They cleaned every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The girls in the dining room are always in a hurry to help. I liked that every day they served Pho soup with a different broth. It was with chicken, beef, fish. Very tasty! ❤️ We love Vietnam so much. I hope that wewill be able to return to this wonderful country in the near future, in particular to Da Nang. My trip to Da Nang did not start well with the first leg of my one month vacation being cancelled sighting plane mechanical issues. The flight was rescheduled to the following day.However, this meant that I wouldn't arrive for the first day of my 3 day stay in M92. Instead of charging me for the unused day the management simply reduced my booking to 2 days. A very well appreciated gesture. The last day required the booking of transportation to the local airport at the unusual time of 3 am. This was easily arranged by the brilliant staff of M92. I thoroughly recommend this hotel when a stay in Da Nang is required. The rooms are excellent, very clean and the breakfast offered a selection of continental foods plus some local produce. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Ten out of ten.

My stay was too short ...

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. A special thanks to Ly Vy, who was extremely friendly and helpful — she assisted us with everything we needed and gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the city. Our room was decent and equipped with all necessary amenities like shampoo, a hairdryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers, etc. Although the room was quite worn and in need of renovation, it was still comfortable and functional. We stayed on the third floor, so the view wasn't great, but the room was very bright and cozy, which we appreciated.

The included breakfast could have been better — there was a lack of variety and options. However, the hotel’s café offers delicious coffee and traditional dishes, which made up for it.
