The location, the staff, the restaurant, the rooms clean and spacious

The rooms are perfect. I tried 2 of them, but the noise from outside is too much I can hear everything on the street

Hard beds , a lot of noise, the hotel was under construction , no utensils in the kitchen !

The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful with a comfortable setting and great views from that location and very friendly staff. Our room was great, plenty of room and well laid out. The views from our corner rooms were really nice and we liked the fact that we were located on the 6th floor. The balcony was substantial, would have been a bonus to have more chairs out there but what we had was acceptable.

The only real issues were minor. With 5 family members sharing the accommodation it would have been nice if the shared bathroom was lockable. Found a wristwatch in the room (previous tenant) on the top shelf of family room, was surprised that it was missed by house keeping.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful while being professional and not too intrusive. Breakfast was very good.

Booked a city view room thinking it would be quieter than a room overlooking the seafront. In the end it was directly facing an outdoor club on the seafront, which was too loud. The hotel was quick to respond and moved us to a quiet room on the other side of the building where you couldn’t hear the club noise.

We arrived at Da Nang Airport and were greeted warmly by Ms. An Ha, who was waiting for us with the hotel shuttle. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless. The hotel staff were all very accommodating, with a special thanks to Mr. Hung, who assisted us greatly during our stay and helped arrange our visit to the French Village. We also appreciate all the hotel staff, even though we may not recall everyone’s names.

The staff was really professional. Shout out to Miss Huong who handle my requests very quickly with its team. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice.

The noise can be a little bit tricky but it’s common in Da Nang and independent from all of the beachfront hotels, as the noise comes from the bars on the beach.

It’s new and everything at the hotel was fresh and modern.

For some reason they did not have hot water. The water was set hotel wide at 34C. I couldn’t even take a shower. We complained 3 times before they raised it to 40C which at least I could shower in. Hotel industry sets it at 50C which is where they should be at.

The room amenities and ambiance are impressive . Buffet breakfast spread were sumptuous with variety selections. Taste and quality was excellent.

Due to constant raining and cold weather ,the cooling air-duct system have little bit dripping when after while but not serious just need to service the duct flow in the room

Great value, across the road from the beach, close to so many great restaurants and cafes (some Michelin recommended!), nice pool and gym.

A few more poolside sun lounges (lie-down chairs) would make it perfect.

Greeted by staff on arrival, friendly, and professional.Excellent location, walk across street to beach. Very well lit at night. Room views of pool & ocean. Large balcony, with table & chairs. Clean, comfy bed. Buffet breakfast excellent with many varieties of cold and cooked foods.

No concierge service. No microwave in room.
