Great hotel, very close to the beach. Impeccable and very intelligent staff with normal English. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were really construction sites around, as it was written in the reviews, but they were not felt in any way. There is no breakfast, but it was possible to order food in the Grab app, and eat downstairs in the dining space if no desire to bring food to the room.

I liked absolutely everything, however, you have to keep in mind that the swimming pool was located next to the reception desk, and I did not see anyone swimming in it (although the pool was cleaned regularly). It would be nice to add a lamp above the desk for laptop work.

Our stay was great! The hotel is well maintained, clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was well furnished, bright and clean. The location is great – a peaceful escape but close to it all, with the beach a 500m quick walk away and some great restaurants and coffee shops within 10 mins walk! Breakfast is basic with a different authentic local meal every day. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for its serenity with natural light filtering through the wall of green plants and wooden décor & furniture that adds to the tranquility.

The air-conditioning system took a while to cool the room down, and may be good idea to provide a fan in the room as well. The alternative was keeping the air-cond on 24/7 - which would not be environmentally friendly.

The aesthetics and architecture of the building is fabulous. If you’re looking to stay a little away from the overcrowded street, this is for you. You can walk to all the main places or get a grab taxi. The rooms are super spacious, extremely clean and the staff are lovely (make sure to download google translate, like in most of Vietnam, English communication is a bit tricky) . The breakfast was brilliant too.

Nothing in particular. But just try to call them and confirm your airport pick up instead of messaging them as they might miss it.

- The staffs was very friendly and helpful. - The hotel has a quiet vibe, very chill and comfortable, feel like home with an internal view. - Really close to the beach, only 5 mins walk. - Interiors of the room was lovely, made from wood. - Easy to rent a motorbike via receptionist

- In the photos the buildings look bigger with bigger pool and spacious rooms than in reality, so when i first check-in, I feel a little bit disappointed. - The room has modern AC, but during the night, I usually need to change the temperature so it would be handy if I have a remote control with me on the bed instead of having to walk out of the bed to get to the dashboard to change to temperature. - Because the hotel sometimes have only 1 receptionist, I have to wait for a long time for someone to pickup. I guess because he/she has to go support other customers. All the receptionist were very helpful, friendly and I love them.

Super friendly and helpfull staff! Both receptionist (young lady and gentleman but for the life of me can’t remember their names now) was exceptional and really helped with all organising from laundry to tonrenting a motorcycle to tours to transit.

Breakfast: stated as finishing at 10:00 yet finishes at 9:30. Every morning some asian dish and only scrambled eggs as an option. Introduce some more options please and stick to breakfast times!

It was just so beautifully designed and the staff was so kind and helpful!

From any aspect there is nothing to complain about! The receptionist is very helpful providing any information.Breakfast is good not so many thing but just all you need.According to the price this is the place you won’t regret!

There are a big restaurant next door ! You can heard some noise at night! But is ok,not a big problem.

Close to the main beach and lots of restaurants, but nice and quiet. Layout was nice with the pool at the bottom, and the atrium of rooms above it. With the surrounding plants and decor, it gave a really nice calm atmosphere. Room was really nicely furnished, I liked the wooden and linen decor. Stylish but homely.

Tv didn’t work, could get sound but no picture. Construction work from the adjoining hotel was very loud sometimes, not a fault of the hotel but unfortunate as otherwise it is a very serene place.

The place is really good in general, comfortable, calm, good to rest, the staff is very friendly and attentive. the room was very clean, good shower too. we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place absolutely !

In my opinion, they should have more options on the mini bar and maybe something easy to eat, because we had to order food a lot of times to the hotel when we didn’t want to go out. also, it would help to have a breakfast option. as well as a smartv so guests could watch Netflix specially when travel with kids.

Lien and Ouy were very helpful and kind. I had some valuable items in my baggage and they agreed to keep my baggage beside their reception table for several days. They were reliable so I didn't need to worry about my luggage during my trip. Thank you. Bed is super comfortable, room is clean. Balcony has nice surroundings. Hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful.

Many constructions surrounding the hotel. Not a lot restaurants around the hotel. But you can walk from the hotel to the busy area and find plenty of restaurants.
