This hotel has well-designed spacious rooms with excellent amenities especially comfortable beds. The staff are really helpful in addressing various queries and their recommendation of some of the tours was great! I highly recommend this places for a vacay!

Just the size of the complementary water bottles needs to be increased it was too small!

The receptionist, Junny contacted us via mobile messaging many days prior to check-in to ensure a smooth check-in & stay. Bed was comfy, and we loved the large windows. The rooftop swimming pool has excellent view of the beach and mountains, though they need to repair some broken wooden platform floor panels to ensure safety of guests. They have a piano in the lobby if you want to play. Management is sensitive to our comments and concerns ... quick action taken.

Nothing much to complain about.

I liked that it was just a street away from the main road so I didn't hear the cars so much, but still within walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of coffee shops around too. The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English so communication wasn't an issue.

There were a few cracks in the walls but nothing that would've affected my stay.

I would like to say special thanks to Maple team for a suprise decoration for my lover’s birthday. I booked this room on a good discount and had upgrade to a better room at the receiption desk. The studio is bigger than other hotel’s room and it has its own kitchen but i did not use it because i only stayed one night then going to Hoi An. They also helped me to book a nice private car , 300k one way to Hoi An. Happy to come back for next few days !

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were so kind to let us check in early. Really appreciate because we traveled with 2 kids. The lady at front desk helped us rent motorbikes at very reasonable price.

There were no seperation between bathroom on the floor so that the water were all over the restroom floor when you took a long bath

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

the receptionist was super helpful. she showed us good restaurants and also sold Bana tickets with better deal. i also booked hotel car service and it was extremely new like they just bought it🤣 . Room is clean and comfortable! beach is close, so i went to beach every day. they have rooftop swimming, goof for kids

we did not know that we can pay only cash and it complicated our travel and level of cash

The hotel is very close to the beach, walkable. I appreciate this. The lobby is decorated quite nicely. The room is a bit small but very clean and has a useful kitchen (although I didn't use it). The receptionist is always enthusiastic to take care of you.
