I can wholeheartedly give my absolute recommendation for this hotel. From the very first moment, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure every request was taken care of, truly outstanding service that made me feel valued as a guest. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day. Everything about the room radiated comfort and quality. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its combination of excellent service, immaculate rooms, and true comfort, I can only say: an absolute recommendation!

We loved our stay at Ponte. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even helped me call the airline when they changed our flights! The rooms are very clean, well maintained, modern, very quiet and really has everything you need. The small balcony was great to chill in the evenings an the pool was perfect after a hot day exploring Da Nang. - Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. (we did hear some noise from other guests coming and going and there is some construction right next door but this didn't bother us too much.) - Room and hotel itself is gorgeous and they clean daily with fresh towels (also one of the only places we stayed at in Vietnam that thoughtfully provided a floor towel for the bathroom) - Staff are very helpful and friendly, ready to assist however you need - def listen to their food recommendations in the area! - There are stairs and a small lift to all floors

What we didn't like is more information for travellers and is not a reflection of the hotel itself :) - Location- while a central location that's close to the beach there isn't much around to explore. There's a lot of vacant lots and construction in the area so in future it may be a hub but atm there isn't anything really exciting when you walk around. - Food options- lots of local eateries and the advice from the staff is spot on but there aren't many options, you will find yourself Grabbing elsewhere for most things which isn't that bad. - Bed was a bit hard for us but we found that everywhere in Vietnam

Location is close to the beach, a 30 min walk to the nearest vinplaza which is a mall to do some shopping, 10-15 min drive to get to Lady Buddah and 20-25 min to marble mountains. Restaurants, market around the corner with fresh bread and regular cold cuts to buy. Pool was cold which is perfect after a hot day or an intensive activity, food was alright but drinks, juices and smoothies plus coffee was really nice 👌 right next to the pool, just a cold dip with a nice smoothie and the greenery is a cherry on the top! Huge family room, 3 balconies, 2 good beds, good fridge, walk in closet.. there was space for all of us which was very nice. Also staff was 10/10, helpful, kind and so keen to help out.

Could have used a little more utilities in the kitchen like a sweeper to get small stuff up from the floors, maybe a rag extra to clean the dishes, a dishbrush and soap. A knife could be good to have, cleaning could been a little better but overall this has been a wonderful stay!

EVERYONE NEEDS TO BOOK HERE when you come to visit Danang. The service was superior, the staff was so kind (Hang was the best with making sure we enjoyed our stay and provided good places to visit); the room was gorgeous and very clean. I don't really like making reviews, but I had to make sure to let everyone know this place is SO UNDERRATED and so affordable. If I visit Danang again, I will absolutely stay here again. I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. (Also, they provide driving services if you want to go to some of the further tourist spots.)

The hôtel was well located, an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were excellent, especially Tin, who went out of his way to help us with several bookings for activities. We really appreciated his kindness and service, Thank you Tin.

We had 2 rooms. One room was good, perfectly fine with common wear and tear of a hotel of the age of Ponté Boutique. The other room, however, had a few problems, notably a problem with condensation from the a/c (because you couldn’t close the door onto the balcony and one of the windows properly) and so the room smelt damp. This room also had a few issues with certain fixtures and fittings and could do with some repairs. Also because the windows didn’t close you could hear noise from the common areas which didn’t really bother my wife nor I, but it could be an issue if you are sensitive to noise.

What a Gem! This property is superbly designed to maximize space and comfort. We were amazed at how functional everything was while providing plenty of room to move. The only complaint we had was that we could not stay longer!! We certainly will next time in Da Nang. It is well located about 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and is surrounded by good restaurants. To compliment everything else, the whole property is draped in a beautiful canopy of vines and plants which is ascetically very pleasing. We loved everything about this property, not least the amazing friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. Congratulations to all concerned on a wonderfully presented property.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff willing to support our varied requests that came up over a 20 night stay. Receiving packages, booking a rooftop dinner for fireworks, extra kitchen items, affordable laundry service, and more... Spacious comfortable room, impressed every day by the efficiency and thoroughness of the cleaning. Pool was kept clean and cool, a great escape from the midday heat. No problem grabbing towels for the beach either. The location was superb with several good restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk, the beach a few blocks away. Grocery store with a bit of everything also 2 min walk. Just opened their own cafe downstairs which was also convenient.

Street view room was great for natural light, but popular seafood restaurant across the street was sometimes loud in evenings. Occasionally spotty wi-fi.

The ponte boutique is at really hot location just nearby the my khe beach, 3 mins or less by foot it takes to reach there, and on top of that there are variety of food options and convenience store nearby. The people at reception were really responsible to make sure you feels like home. They are always ready to help out. The room were really clean and cozy. We had booked the room with the pool view and it was worth it. They clean it every other day and maintain the property nicely.

There's nothing that I don't like. Everything was good and I highly recommend this place.

A very modern property. The bed was super comfortable and the room was a good size. We didn’t have breakfast there but we did have their smoothies which were delicious and a very good price. It had nice restaurants opposite and a mini mark about 50m away. Good size fridge to keep drinks cool. Location is good and close to the beach. We got a grab to further down the beach which was nicer and much less busy. You have to get grabs to go into the city too, but it’s so easy to do. Would highly recommend!

It was a bit noisy, But nothing too major for us. It was mainly in the mornings when you could head people downstairs in the cafe and kids running around early in the morning. But it wasn’t a problem for us, but if you are someone who likes quiet, it is good to know.
