It was very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff were very helpful in booking a tour to ba na hills with pick up from outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

It is a bit of a walk from the night markets and dragon bridge but that is no fault to the property. It is still close to the beach where you can watch the waves and it is a really nice stay.

Sapphire boutique hotel is great value for money. The rooms are basic but well equipped. The bathroom was great with a hot shower, there was a TV and good air con. The photos probably aren’t overly accurate (the pool in particular) but for the price we paid we thought it was really good value for money. We got a grab to most places, although there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a shop just up the road which was really convenient. Staff were very lovely and friendly!

Unclean in some places (cobwebs, marked bed sheets and some dust) but nothing major. Be wary that the pool is not accurate to the pictures, it wasn’t a problem for us but can imagine it will be for others.

I have been travelling for the past 4 years and this is my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in! Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach! I initially booked 2 night buts extended for a week and a half because I never wanted to leave. The room is packed with everything you need, fridge and huge tV! For the price I was absolutely amazed!! I want to come back to Vietnam just to stay in this hotel

Nothing at all!

The hotel is very spacious, clean and the service was very good. They gave us everything that we requested and even allowed us to check-in before our allowed time with a minimal fee. They also offered fair pricing in exchange of peso to VND, which is very convenient for tourists. We didn't get to experience the beach, but it's very close to it around 5 minute walk only. The nearby establishments were also helpful for there were convenience stores and local food to try.

The swimming pool could've been better.

The location is close to the beach which takes only 5-10mins walk. The hotel also close to the main street which also within 3mins walk. There is small local mart neaby for snacks and necessities.

The cleanliness may need to improve as the bed sheet and floor have some hairs or samll insect. The wifi signal in my room is weak as well.

Lovely location, amazing Host. Naa was the best host ever, she helped us plan our itinerary for the day and had really good information on the best places to go. Rooms were amazing. Pool was nice.

I think they only had soap with bleaching agents in them. Had brought my own soap so didn't bother me much, but my friends didn't and I didn't have enough soap to go around.

Very close proximity to "downtown" Da Nang, especially restaurants and mini marts as well as the beach Comfy bed and strong air con Rainfall shower and detachable shower head was so nice Pool was refreshing! Provided toiletries

I like the location of this hotel, it was close to everything by bike, but at night it was calm.

the pool of this hotel was not on the rooftop as they show on images, there's a tiny tini little pool, you can barely swim in there

The room was superbly clean. Located in a quiet part of town. Original restaurants near by including lots of seafood restaurants, a vegetarian and vegan restaurant.

Would have been nice to have a little restaurant and/or bar.

Room was clean. 2 beds. Personnel is very helpful and communication works even though sometimes language barriers. Recommend!

Would have liked to have breakfast. Also pool location is not planned, it's on street level close to main entrance, and it's super small. It wa not a problem cause sea was close. But a small disappointment anyways.
