We really enjoyed our stay here ... having a bigger room is definitely a bonus! Staff were all very friendly and whilst not all spoke much English everyone tried (and with Google Translate nothing was ever an issue). Room was as advertised, clean and very comfortable!! Would certainly recommend as a solid value hotel. The swimming pool is very small and on the ground floor next to the street; not a criticism but just the reality. They also helped arrange a taxi for a reasonable price to Ba Na Hills for us which was brilliant!! Good job and worth the money for our 3 day stay.

5 minute walk from the beach means the location was indeed brilliant. Reasonable priced grab taxis also means it wasn’t too far from other places of interest either. The room was spacious and the bathroom very large indeed. One slight is that the power sockets didn’t work in our room and we had to use the power source in our bathroom to charge phones which wasnt ideal but only a minor problem really. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Seemed to be more focused on Vietnamese guests as it was the first time during my trip that I had to use a different charger plug, the breakfast was Vietnamese and some of the receptionists were not very good at speaking English. However, this was fine for me personally but maybe not for everyone. Some small things were a bit broken (like door handles). I had a huge last minute discount so I enjoyed the more luxurous room but don’t think I would have paid the original prize.

Excellent location, modern spacious rooms with a great rooftop pool

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location just 5 minutes walk to gorgeous beaches and restaurants. We got into town early, and they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our room to be vacated. We hired a scooter from the hotel and rode over the Dragon Bridge to experience the riverside at night. The staff were so lovely and kind and helpful. We would highly recommend!

No coffee mugs in the room even though there were coffee sachets and teaspoons

The location was steps away from the beach, plenty of food and drink options in the area. The cafe attached to the hotel has a nice outdoor area with delicious drink options. Our room was clean, A/C was lovely. Overall great value for the price. I was satisfied and would stay again if I wanted another comfortable, budget friendly stay!

The safe in our room didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed right away so we opted to carry our valuables with us because we had limited time here and wanted to make the best use of our time.

The hotel is located near the beach front and accessible to other sights. Room was very comfortable, bright and well appointed. Hotel decor and ambience is good too. The cafe below made some exotic Herbal Tea. Truly liked the ginger and other ingredients.

There is no Buffet breakfast. The Hotel has three options for breakfast and you need to select one. You cannot get second helpings of food or coffee. Not much choice and difficult for Vegetarians. The Staff need to learn English to understand the Guests.

Hotel is just after renovation! Everything is super clean and new. Friendly stuff, bike parking in a garage with direct lift to your floor. Lots of restaurants, 2 min walk to the beach. There was no WiFi signal in our room on a 5 floor. Manager offer me a key for another room for all my stay to use it like an office 😁 idea was great! But we just decided to move to another floor)

- very bad wifi - just enough hot water for a very quick shower - really basic breakfast, not a buffet - better to get it elsewhere - not that close to anything, other than the beach. Some decent restaurants nearby, but the centre is a bit far. Not a huge issue if you have a scooter, or you can easily call a Grab bike to go anywhere.
