Great location to the beach, plenty restaurants around. Friendly staff. Huge room with amazing balcony and view. Breakfast was good , many options. Chef during breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful - we are usually grumpy in the morning but Chef was so nice and took care of us that we had personality shift and we were extremely happy :) Housekeeping changed towels everyday for us and refilled water. We got nice surprise decoration on the bed which was very kind even tho we didn't ask for it.

It was very loud in the room ( from the street and hotel corridors) but it didn't bother us to much. I think the floor wasn't cleaned fully as there was lots o dust/sand when we arrived and found random hair in the room ( bed + bathroom) and floor was wet in the bathroom.

Nice room. Great rainforest type shower with constant hot water. Bed much more comfortable than the jnr executive room initially stayed in, which was lumpy and tired. Fridge not iced over and no odour in this one. Smaller balcony with sea views Lovely pool area on 9th floor with great views, with a smaller bar. Large spacious foyer with full and bar and cocktails. Don't drink alcohol so can't review taste. Excellent breakfast included, serving both Asian and Western cuisine. Has room safe. Good location but busy area. Approximately 5min walk to beach. All staff friendly and helpful with good English communication.

A pretty hotel with a rooftop pool and a breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor. There is an elevator, good wifi, minibar, good water pressure and attentive staff.The decor gives off a retro vibe, it is in a nice area with shops and restaurants. Contrary to some of the poor reviews that I read, I was relieved to not experience anything described therein. Good value. Well run.

The hotel is not too big, but it is really stylish, the architecture and interior have a romantic beauty, the infinity pool overlooking the sea looks surreal. The location is quite good, there are many good restaurants and supermarkets around, very convenient. Varied and delicious breakfast. Attentive, enthusiastic, friendly staff

The hallway is relatively small so noise from other rooms can sometimes reach this room. So your floormates need to be mindful to ensure you have a completely relaxing stay. There is only 1 elevator so moving around is a bit slower than hotels with 2 or more elevators. Need to change the room cleaning solution because it has a strong, unpleasant smell when you first walk in (although it goes away after a while)

The room was really nice—spacious and comfortable, and we loved having a balcony. However, it was a bit noisy since the hotel is located right on a busy road. The staff at the reception were incredibly sweet and always very helpful, which we really appreciated! The breakfast buffet was fine for my boyfriend, but as a vegetarian, I found the options quite limited. So if you’re vegetarian, I wouldn’t recommend choosing the buffet option. We also paid for access to the steam room and jacuzzi one day, and unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend it. It felt like a waste of money. The “jacuzzi” turned out to just be a regular bathtub (which we also had in our room, though no one told us that beforehand). It only had some bubbles—no bath salts, oils, or bath bombs—so it didn’t feel special. The steam room was also very basic, with no aromas or enhancements, and it was quite small. Overall, that experience was disappointing especially since it was quite expensive. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay here overall!

This lovely boutique hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and within easy walking distance of the dragon bridge. The bedroom was large and tastefully decorated with a deep bath encompassed within the bedroom. It was classy and decadent. We had a huge balcony bending around the entire room with large windows looking out over the beach. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Tan made us eggcelent omelettes every morning. I must thank the bartender Thao for making the best coconut coffee I’ve tasted and Hang in reception for being so helpful and friendly. All the staff helped to make this holiday so memorable. It is truly a beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price.

A hotel that clearly works so hard to implement little ideas to improve the experience of the guest. Gestures we noted were the hotel contacting us to welcome and ask if we needed anything the day before check in, signs reminding guests to keep their voices down in spaces such as the lobby, a welcome drink on arrival, safety jackets & buoys at the pool area elevated our toddlers swimming experience, the friendly attentiveness of the restaurant staff who wore soft smiles and refilled stations quickly, a survey on us leaving to ensure we had a nice stay. The infinite pool was small but the view was fantastic and the hotel was walking distance from the beach.

The rooms floors need a more thorough cleaning which usually is a deal breaker for me, but with their obvious enthusiasm to improve, I believe that could change and would be back.

The buffet breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was in the quite part of the city but still in walking distance of beach, restaurants and bars

The pool only had 4 sun lounges and there was not enough seats for people to sit around the pool Don’t use there taxi service as they never showed up and we were left at the airport for an hour until we got a grab taxi Lift was terrible to slow and went to other level before you got to yours even though nobody got in

This is my second stay at Hotel Del Luna Boutique. I made the mistake last year of trying a different hotel and was very disappointed! At Hotel Del Luna Boutique care is obviously taken in the maintenance and services, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for its access to the beach, many restaurants and other services. In particular, I had a lovely visit with Thảo Nguyen who works in the bar area; her English was superb and she was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants that served local food. In addition, the pool area is a great place to spend time, even if you aren’t swimming. And the steam room/jacuzzi was delightful after a long day walking and exploring.
