Very comfortable and clean room. Bathroom was completely separate from bedroom, allowing privacy.

Very noisy location; there was an eight lane highway between it and the sea front; hence it was very noisy at night. There was extremely loud music playing nearby for most of the night. Little soundproofing in the property. The surrounding area was still in development, and the pavements near the property were poor. You couldn't walk anywhere easily. Very few restaurants nearby. It was extremely difficult to cross the highways.

Cute, chic hotel; the location, service, and rooms were top-notch. But the staff was particularly outstanding. The staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions and, upon request, organized a birthday surprise for my daughter. We felt very comfortable!

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel and it can be noisy at times, which did not detract from our stay and of course the hotel is absolutely not to blame for this!

The staff were excellent; friendly and helpful. The location is 2mins away from the beach. The building is always clean. The room is big but the tv doesn't have cable to listen or view local news. Not enough light near the sink to put makeup 🥲. They don't have beach towels but they give you bath towels.

I had selected a room with a review but I got a view of a roof tops and unfinished building. The hotel is near other restaurants which are opened late and can hear loud music until 2am. The gym equipment is rusted. The swimming pool is in the lobby. Only allowed to use sauna one person at a time; should be used with all.

Location good with a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and great shower.

Staff messaging us on phone while out telling us there was a small mark on duvet and telling us not to eat food in bed. We hadn't eaten any food in bed and mark could be from feet when resting on bed. Made us feel very uncomfortable. This happened twice as they also informed us while eating our breakfast that small mark found on duvet. We note from previous guests reviews we were not alone in this as others had same issues. The view from balcony was not great. Overlooked the back of a busy restaurant that was noisy at night.

Staff handled noisy neighbors professionally. Breakfast area had a great view. Room was equipped with high-quality appliances.

The premisses are very clean 10 out of 10!… the hotel is well situated, everything is so close, beach, town, plenty restaurants and shops, location is brilliant! Good quality breakfast and very fresh, also the staff in the restaurant is very attentive. They arranged pick up from airport to hotel and they were very accommodating due that our flight arrival time kept changing. From arrival to when we leave the entire staff was very attentive, friendly and smiley. NANCY always look after us, ensuring that we were ok, provided so much information and advice, she made our stay superb! always ensuring that we were ok. Nancy, did book all our transport, taxis and provided the best advice for us to get to know and move around Da Nang. Thank you Nancy you are STAR and your hospitality and efficiency are excellent! We will comeback to see you.

Lovely staff, great location, funky hotel and very family friendly. Fantastic rooftop views too. Highly recommend staying here!

A brand new hotel, great wooden furniture, indoor swimming pool and many options for buffet breakfast style. The drain in the bathroom was working well during our stay, strong pressure water for showering, full amenities and they had turndown service everyday which was helpful. Few minutes walking to the beach. Very helpful 24/7 reception desk and a hugh applause to Quynh the receptionist who's always smiling and making sure she's there when we need help. Big thanks to the night shift man (we never asked about his name) who helped us alot, he was always worked hard during the night. My family was totally satisfied with the service, especially there weren't many kids around so we had an amazing quiet space in a common area.

Just a small thing which is not the hotel's issue but we think you should know: Not many convenient stores close by so make sure you'll prepare something you need. The beach side always has music event loudy untill 23:00 or even a bit later, so this is an amazing choice if you're not too difficult about sleeing with noise.

A very pleasant stay. A very nice (modern fixtures and fittings) big room, separate sleeping area. bathroom, dressing area and daytime relax area (Described as: Suite - Studio Ocean View with Spa Bath). All super clean and well thought out. Efficient and friendly reception staff. Breakfast as expected (continental style) All excellent, for my one night stay.

The Wifi coverage area in the room I had was limited, but I do think that was just the location of the room that I had (very near the elevator / corner etc) because everywhere else in the hotel, it was absolutely fine. The swimming pool is internal (an excellent choice when it's very sunny or raining). Not an issue for myself at all, but its open area location (very close to the hotel's reception) might surprise some guests - Depends on their Nationality / personal choice etc.
