The staff were very helpful for all arrangements, questions and requests. Breakfast is really perfect, Christmas dinner buffet was generous. Facilities are good

Noise, even we were staying on the 14th floor, we can hear lots of noise from the beach club and traffic (non stop horns). Again we had the same problem in massage rooms which should be tranquil atmosphere

The hotel is in a great location, fantastic staff and is very clean and comfortable. Dang at the front desk along with his coworkers made every accommodation for me when I wanted to extend my stay by an extra night - could not thank them more! They were fantastic! Thanh at the front door had perfect English and was able to help me with any questions I had as a solo traveller. Would recommend to anyone!

The pool area is a little small/shaded, but you’re 5 mins from the beach so that was a non issue for me personally. Also if you have an ocean view, bring a sleeping mask as the sun rises at 6am and the curtains are not black out and the building faces the sunrise. Very minor!

Excellent location! We loved the rooftop pool! Amazing staff! Perfect breakfast buffet! A huge thank to staff DANG who help us to book trains and bus for our trip in Vietnam!!! He was such a huge help and wonderful happy person!

Life takes alot of time to come on floor

Beat hotel with best view ever and best service🤩😍 Absolutely stunning view from a room with sea view (highly suggest!) small balcony but still lovely. Rooms are incredibly new and fresh and beautiful with stylish design. Very high quality shampoo and conditioner in the room and I adore the smell! Pool on last floor is my favourite! Water is pretty warm and the view is fantastic, although after 12:00 it gets really windy as it’s on 21th floor. But at the morning it’s perfect. Buffet for breakfast has everything and even more! Guys on reseption are so nice and helpful! Was really a pleasure staying here and would come back only here ❤️❤️❤️

The location is opposite the beach which was amazing to watch from our hotel room balcony Breakfast had a great variety of food which was catered for all the guests. We had dinner in the restaurant on a few occasions, and the food and service were exceptional. Room was spacious and clean, exactly as described in the photos. was above my expectations when we arrived for our stay The pool on the 23rd floor was incredible to sit there and watch the sunset. All the staff working here during my stay here were amazing, always polite, friendly, and could not do enough to help with organizing activities for us. Would definitely book again if i get back to Vietnam Thanks for a memorable stay in Da Nang

Amazing hotel like all the others in the Radisson family. The spa on the 20th floor and I received a phenomenal treatment from Van. I would definitely return for this.

Front house staff felt quite hostile. On arrival, I was informed I booked two single beds which I didn’t want. I opted to upgrade to an executive suite to resolve this issue and paid the difference. While checking out, I met the same lady who had checked me in who insisted ahead gave me two hotel room cards and wanted me to wait in the lobby till someone checked the room for the second card. Never had such experience since travelling.

We were staying in the hotel for 3 nights as family of three. We had a nice room Facing the ocean. Nothing to complain about the room and facilities. Everything was as I expected. Good value for money at the hotel by the beach.

The buffet choices were limited very focus on Indian customers. I have nothing against Indian but bear in minh you are walking into a hotel with a huge group tours. They are usually very offensive and noisy, love taking pictures in the group of 30 people in the dining area. Da nang has became very popular with group tours. Additionally to get to the beach you need to cross the bathing area which even you don use you can’t pass through they will harass you to pay. Although there was quite positive thing but with all the above I will not come back to the hotel.

Close proximity to the beach. Clean and spacious rooms. Great view of the beach. Beds were very comfortable, one of the more comfortable ones that we have had compared to other hotels in Danang.

There is a beach club just directly opposite the hotel and loud music could be heard till night. We took the family room and the family room faces directly where the beach club is located. We had trouble sleeping with the loud music. Windows should be sound proof.
