Noise, even we were staying on the 14th floor, we can hear lots of noise from the beach club and traffic (non stop horns). Again we had the same problem in massage rooms which should be tranquil atmosphere

The hotel is in a great location, fantastic staff and is very clean and comfortable. Dang at the front desk along with his coworkers made every accommodation for me when I wanted to extend my stay by an extra night - could not thank them more! They were fantastic! Thanh at the front door had perfect English and was able to help me with any questions I had as a solo traveller. Would recommend to anyone!

The pool area is a little small/shaded, but you’re 5 mins from the beach so that was a non issue for me personally. Also if you have an ocean view, bring a sleeping mask as the sun rises at 6am and the curtains are not black out and the building faces the sunrise. Very minor!

Excellent location! We loved the rooftop pool! Amazing staff! Perfect breakfast buffet! A huge thank to staff DANG who help us to book trains and bus for our trip in Vietnam!!! He was such a huge help and wonderful happy person!

Life takes alot of time to come on floor

An excellent property in a really good location. Amazing attentive staff, particularly Turc and Dang. Made our honeymoon stay special. Breakfast amazing, huge selection. The pool / bar view, breath taking.

Genuinely, a fantastic stay at exceptional price range.

All the staff there were excellent. so helpful and friendly. We also loved the infinity pool looking to the sea and mountains.

The family room was large and have a nice view of the sea, however there is a beach club that plays loud music till midnight every night so we won’t able to get any proper sleep. All but one of the gym equipment was not working.

Great location next to beach. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool was stunning and a real treat up there. We didn’t have time to gym but the gym was smart. Cold water fountain in gym. The breakfast wasn’t included but we decided to go for it and it was very nice. We took advantage of the 30 mins sauna and steam which was nice to have it to your self

They were very helpful, could not however accommodate an earlier check in, which is fine but just to flag.

Highly recommend this hotel. My mum left her phone on the plane, but the hotel staff managed to track it down with the airline, this would be hard if you don't speak the local language, but the hotel staff handled this quickly and we were able to confirm the airline had it within 30mins which was very reassuring.

the shower is a bit slippery. on the pool level, there powerpoints they use for fans infront of the bar which has ALOT of water around there. I grabbed some towels to keep the water away but hotel really needs to do something about this. They also asked us to get out of the pool at the slightest drop of rain.

The AC in our room did not work properly but hotel provided us with dehumidifier and aroma lamp. Laundry service, massages, food and other services provided by the hotel are ridiculously expensive, for example 50 minute massage costs around 1 000 000 VND or more, laundry service is not per kilo but per item so we didn’t use their service. Location of the hotel is good but lower (southern) part of My Khe and town is nicer in my opinion.

Everything was great basically. We had a fantastic vacation in Danang. The hotel is well-located, though it's not in the city center, the dining options around are limited, but it's easy to reach by taxi (around 10-15 mins) to and from the city center. The view is amazing, even with the partial sea view room. Room is clean and tidy. Elevator needs keycard to acess which is great. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options, both local, Asian, and western. The restaurant is wonderful with several vegetarian options. The highlight for me would be the spa. We had a complimentary sauna for >3 nights of stay and I booked the massages twice - amazing experiences, very professional and of great quality. The massage rooms are sea front, which is another plus. So in general it's really great for a relaxing vacation with family or friends or partner. The price for the room and other activities and services in the hotel is very reasonable.

Nothing much. If I have to pick, I'd say the room is a bit small for a high-end hotel in southeast Asia. And the rooftop bar is right beside the pool, which can be a bit messy when it's busy.
