Great breakfast offer plenty of variety, though I had hoped for a more extensive selection of Vietnamese dishes. 6. 1. Cannot open the windows when trying to ventilate the room 2. The sound of voices from the hallway or the adjacent room can be heard clearly in my room. 3. The water pressure from the shower head is a bit weak. 4. There is visible epoxy seeping out from the wood near the windows, and the smell of epoxy is noticeable when sitting on the sofa near the windows.

There were several options for breakfast: pho, miso soup, gimbap, kimchi, bacon, sausage, rice, croissants, bread, fruit, yoghurt... the staff is very friendly; the room and bathroom are clean and big. I would suggest reserving the beach view room (you have a direct view to the lady Buddha)

Breakfast time ends way too early, you can only have breakfast until 9:30 am. You can hear other guests and cleaning staff talking loudly in the corridors. Cleaning staff will knock before 9 am if you do not hang a do not disturb sign.

We had a beach view room and it’s so worth it sitting by the window watching the waves was the highlight for us. The shower was amazing too which was nice compared to a lot of other places we have stayed. Because it was raining we didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. The staff were so friendly always greeting us at breakfast and coming in and out of the hotel. Location is perfect and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was amazing such a huge selection and they change it up everyday too.

The hairdryer in our room made a lot of noise so I think it was on the way out

Stayed for two weeks in Feb. gorgeous view, spacious room, kettle. comfortable bed, firm with pillow top. Extra pillows available on request. Daily cleaning was nice. Shower had nice glass door, no leaks (not common in SEAsia!) Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was extensive and had lots of options - western and Asian.

Location is outside main area of town - 10-15 walk to main restaurant/bars. Beach was cordoned off due to jelly fish season. Also water had bacteria as we got rash from going in sea. Pool was COLD - its on shady side of building. Also steps have a 2.5 foot drop from deck to first step - not helpful for mobility issues. Music on pool deck too LOUD. Smoking allowed on pool deck.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, directly in front of the public beach and near to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was a decent size and breakfast had a good variety.

We were asked to pay a deposit for the room upon arrival (1 million VND) which we were not prepared for, the room also had lots of rules which seemed like the staff did not trust its visitors. Vietnam in general is quite noisy, so we could hear the traffic from the room and the music at the pool was too loud.

A member of staff I would like to commend in particular is Ruby - she bent over backwards helping me every step of the way - whether it was booking a taxi or giving me excellent recommendations. She was kind, supportive, patient. Succinctly put, she demonstrated the warmest and most professional hospitality. Hugest thanks to her!

The hotel was extremely nice. Great location across from the beach. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. Rooms were especially nice and beds were unbelievably comfortable.

There is no spa or hot tub, the outdoor pool is not heated, and the restaurant is way overpriced. All the restaurants along the strip are expensive so finding a good, reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance was challenging.

Hotel was great, the bed very comfortable and staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations! Delicious! Can't say anything about the restaurant because we were dining out.

Our fridge didn't really cool things. We didn't use it so it didn't bother us at all

Location was great. Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool area was very nice. Good views. Breakfast was amazing.

Next door rooms / neighbors were noisy. No much noise proofing. Couple next were Indian and yelled at each others a lot , others side was a Chinese couple and they moved furniture and coughed all the time. The Wi Fi also was unsafe. I joined the WiFi network and was watching a U Tube video 3 minutes later I got alerted I had been hacked. And change all my passwords.

The Nalod has all amazing staff . Thao was was making sure my stay was pleasant and I was taken care of by reminding about my ride to the airport as well as places to go . My daughter turned 13th our second day there and we received pleasant smile and cake from Thao and online manager surprised is with a cake . The Nalod had also provided excellent breakfast for my children and I , also cleaning service was always good , our room has a giant bed which all four of us fits and my room was always put together and clean eventhough we go to the beach everyday and kids had brought sands to the room. I would stay there agian since it's just across the beach as well.

The pool was nice and big but it needs work since there were tiles coming off on some areas not alot. Also the gym need A/C and newer equipments.
