Checked in at 11 pm as planned and left at 5 am (early flight) without any opportunity to pay directly. Property owner freaked out with threatening texts about contacting police. I offerred a credit card then settled using PayPal. Owner should have a drop box for cash payments or accept payment via Booking.com property not attended 24 hours. Suggest owner publish what a typical taxi cab fare from the airport should be as I paid 10 times more getting there as I did getting back to the airport with a metered taxi in the morning. Visitors should set up a GRAB account (similar to UBER) to use while in Vietnam as the taxi drivers will frequentty rip you off.

This stay was one of the good stays I have stayed. The location of the stay is quiet good. It is closer to the beach (Walking distance) in DaNang. The streets outside the stay are also very lively. The staff was very nice. We also booked a cab for 6 people to go around da nang for the day via them. The Cab was also nice and comfortable and our driver was also very friendly and accommodating. The view from the top room was also nice. The rooms were also very nicee. The overall concept of the stay with all the plants and trees made the stays even more pleasent. I would definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Da Nang.

We didn't check before but most stays accept only cash payments. We didn't check and were of the impression that we could pay online. Please check that before booking. It would be nice if they can offer online payment options also.

Comfortable room and bed. Everything was clean. Close to the beach. There is an unusual design whereby the bathroom sink is exposed to the main stairway, which is not great for privacy, but this is a minor inconvenience. Furthermore, there seemed to be a delay in hot water in the shower, but after a few minutes the hot water would come.

I extended my stay and moved to another room as it was very comfortable and the location was very central. Great value for the room price. I could borrow an iron and the staff allowed me to check out 45min later due to a personal issue! Thank you!

The only annoying thing about this room was the toilet. Unfortunately the room where the sink is, is open, thus you have to leave your room to wash your hands and face the staircase/ can be seen and heard by everyone who passes by. It would be nice to close that area and provide a big mirror too!

i loved the location, it was very central but not crowded or too chaotic. place was clean. big shoutout to the staff for being so helpful and kind. they were very willing to help me contact the various restaurants / spas / yoga places that i needed to make a booking for as i didn’t have a local number.

i didn’t like that the toilet had a transparent glass door and it used roller shutters because it was quite troublesome. small problem though. also wish the lobby was more airy and bright but no big deal

1) Staffs were exceptionally amazing. They helped me out A LOT to give a surprise for my gf's birthday celebration.They were friendly and helpful as well and made us feel welcomed. 2) The interior was unique. The whole floor of the room was covered with a marble or a marble-ish tile. Some plants in the sink were also good and relaxing. The lobby was also fansy and I enjoyed my stay visually. 3) The room was very good for it's price. 4) Beach was in a walking distance. I found it more delightful than staying in the city centre.

Only minor stuff... 1) It took time for the hot water to come out. 2) The kitchen would have been much better if it had a knife, cutting board, microwave and some salt and pepper.

incredibly clean and comfortable place. everything is very high quality. The room was quiet even though the hotel is in a noisy location. Netflix on TV made me very happy. the staff is very attentive and friendly. I felt at home there

the windows face the inner part of the building and the room is quite dark, there is no view from the window.

Not a lot of food options close by but it is close to the beach. More food/shopping options closer to the Han river (airport side) between the two main central bridges. But the location is close to the beach, so if you prefer that then Shelter is a fantastic option.

New hotel so it’s modern and spotlessly clean. Location is good, close to the beach, cheap convenience store across the street. Room was great, mattress was very comfortable, mini kitchen with fridge sink etc. Large tv with Netflix and screen mirroring. Great value for money.

Shower was either scalding or freezing, noise from the street prevented any hope of sleeping in but that’s not exactly the hotel’s fault.

We really love the architecture and interior design of this amazing hotel. Room is super clean complete with kitchen and dinnerware. The staff is very helpful with resto and food recommendation, help us book grab car as well. Highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️
