I checked in 3 times in this place after trying all other hotels in that price range. Robin was the best, lovely, lovely staff who tried to help you in any way possible. They locked my scooter for the night. I have read some strange bad reviews and I can say none of that is true. If you don't want your room cleaned early, just hang out the "so not disturb" and don't complain. They clean the whole room every day, give you fresh towels and new water. Room is lovely, with water kettle and the shower pressure is fantastic. Don't believe any bullshit about Karen complaining, it's jot true. Robin is the best and cheapest

I have stayed at this hotel for many days on two different occasions because it is the best value for the money that I have found in Da Nang if you arent looking for anything luxurious. First, I stayed alone for a week, then I came back with friends later because its such a good deal. The bed, AC, wifi, and shower are all great, and the rooms in general are comfortable and quiet. The staff is very nice, and the location is on a street with good coffee shops and restaurants, all a couple of blocks from the beach. Great hotel for an unbeatable price.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, so it’s very convenient. There are a lot of minimarts surrounding the location.

I booked three rooms, but unfortunately, one of them had a strong smell of urine. Although I reported it to the receptionist, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned until the following day. In addition, I had booked the room for four guests, but only two pairs of slippers were provided. I requested the missing items, but it also took a full day to receive them. The slow response was quite disappointing.

I've been on a month long trip and stayed in several places now. Finally, this place delivered on everything I wanted: comfortable bed, good ac, hot water, a refrigerator, a clean environment. Nothing fancy about the room, but for the price, I don't really expect fancy. I just want something that delivers on all the basics, and this room did that.

The shower could have drained faster and the room could have been a bit bigger with a better view. However, for the price that they charge, I'm not disappointed in this.

Was simple and clean, changed our towels everyday and the desk people are really nice offering us umbrellas and car rental was also super convenient and cheap!

Only 2 small waters a day, even though we were 3 people. No microwave on the floor but it was fine. Not the 5 star level of course, but for the price was good!

Affordable , cozy room good aircon and fan as well - Tv with English movies , and very good bed and pillows I’d say the best value for money I’ve had in Vietnam Not fancy but perfect for a few days or a week

Amazed by how the room quality exceeds the price for it! So modern looking, toilet was really clean and all the staff were so helpful and provide good customer service. They even have room service at very affordable price. AC was good and water pressure from shower was very good and my room was on a high floor. They provide a safe and slippers too and daily room makeup. Overall very satisfactory place I will choose it again.

A nice hotel, in a very good location, at a walking distance of the beach (5-10min). Very confortable bed, large bedroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's possible to rent motorbike for few hours or a full day at a very good price. Very convenient to go around town or to go to Hoi An during the day.

The breakfast option were nice and tasty. They normally serve from 7am, but took almost 30min for a single cheesy toast! Unfortunately, I had appointment early morning, so it was a bit stressful for me, couldn't enjoy it.

1. After entering i was socked about the room environment. it was top quality and everything is super perfect. 2. There is a Indian resturent near by and beach is too close, 10 min walking only. 3. Airport is only 6-7 KM from this hotel 4. Hotel have their own cafe 5. You can find several superstore near this hotel

Bathroom shampoo bottle was broken before so they put tep on it and put on bathroom. I tried to push for shampoo and its not working so then i tried to pull up the bottle by its head side and the ground side of bottle fall and broke so i had to pay for this. My point is if whole bottle is fall from my hand then its my mistake but the down part fall so its the problem from hotel side not mine. How do i know that this bottle already broken and they repair it and put it there?
