A budget-friendly hotel with different room types: some rooms even have a balcony or a kitchen, all rooms have a fridge, a TV, wifi and hot shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good (as I understand, it's the second most popular area) - it's close to My Khe beach and My Khe park, some cafes and eateries, massage and beauty salons, laundry services and minimarts. At the same time, it's much quieter, less crowded, and more peaceful than the most popular area MyAn. Great value for money! I stayed for 2+ weeks.

Some rooms/walls need fresh paint. The cafe and the restaurant inside the hotel are not working (since the pandemic) - it would be convenient to use them.

The property is nearby to most eateries, massage parlours, coffee joints and supermarkets It’s all within walking distance

We stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and it was a very pleasant experience. Cleaning was done every day with good care, the room with balcont was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood is awesome, plenty of restaurants and shops, 10 min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for short to medium stay.

The room does not have kitchen facilities, only kettle and small fridge, but it was expected.

Location isn’t central, but if you’re with a bike it’s fine. Very clean very nicely kept, courteous staff. I enjoyed my stay

There’s no views really, so if that’s what you’re looking for… and i would definitely change the trash bin at the bathroom, it’s rusty and crumbling and isn’t up to the rest of the room standards. I think it’s such a small thing it can easily be addressed. Maybe put another bin at the main living area for convenience, and not just that small one.

The rooms are exactly like the photos. Fair sized, clean and comfy beds. The location is great, easy walk to the beach and a longer but manageable walk to the river. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and the main food and entertainment area is a short taxi ride away. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. All in all it's excellent value for money.

The room was clean, with a big and comfortable bed and a nice shower. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was a desk and a chair, so I could work in the room. The hotel is well located, near the beach and convenience stores. The only negative things are the towels (which are quite old and even a bit broken) and the lack of hand soap.

The property was excellent value. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The bathroom was well equipped.

The Wi-Fi would sometimes not work for a few minutes. This would happen everyday. The noise isolation isn’t great. The property has a lot of large families as guests. So nearly everyday of my stay I had to bear with the sounds of kids screaming and yelling. This isn’t the fault of the property but it’s something to keep in mind.

Room cleaned daily which is not common for hotels at this price. Very comfy beds, had the best nights sleep in a long time! Lovely hot shower 😊 we stayed in the room with a city view, there wasn’t much of a view but we didn’t mind as it wasn’t noisy at all. The street the hotel is on is fairly quiet so I presume this is the case for all the rooms too. Truly a hidden gem in Da Nang!

Ideal location, very close to the beach but at the same time quiet. It felt like we were alone in the hotel :-). Cleaned every day. Special thanks to the driver Vet (sorry if the name is spelled incorrectly). Met at the airport, exchanged currency, responded very quickly. We went to Ba Na Hills, took us there and back. Highly recommend! Be sure to pay attention.

Quiet location and many services around (scooter rental, minimarket, haircut). Very good cleaning - great bathroom, even razors and comb supplied, not just toothbrush and shower gel and shampoo. Spacious room with enough storage space, very comfortable beds also! Outside designated place for your scooter. We could also storage luggage and take shower as our train was couple hours after check out.

Staff speak poor English! I would expect people on the reception speak English on such a level that they can share information when is Dragon show. Other receptionists told us we can have shower on the 10th floor. The hotel had only 9 floors.... Their insufficient English led to a couple of misfortunate situations, we had to use Google Translate. A bit poor breakfast 3 days out of 4. As on the first day we were there only 4 people they gave us only eggs, toast and melon. When we asked for extra melon for pregnant friend, we did not receive it.
