I loved everything!

Lovely hotel, clean, in a perfect location for the beach and not far at all from the hustle and bustle of the city, best of both worlds. Rooftop pool was clean and inviting but due to being so close to the beach we spent most of our time there.

Minor problems but the walls are a little thin and we had a loud family opposite ( not the hotels fault but just something to bear in mind ). Also something to bear in mind, the shower has a blind that u should make sure is shut before showering 😂. We didn’t know this until we were in the shop opposite at night and saw a man showering (there is a frost on the glass but still😬) luckily we had only just arrived so hadn’t used the shower, and there is a blind provided just make sure to use it unless you want to give the street a show😅

I got a notification on booking.com that they had cancelled one of our rooms after paying and checking in? Was very strange and we were quite confused.

The staff were helpful and the location near the beach was great. The rooms were well equipped and clean.

Our room didn’t have a window so hard to know when it was morning! A great view from the roof top pool but unfortunately the pool did not look clean so we didn’t swim in it. This pool area could really do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the advertising on the site does not meet reality. There is only a tiny rundown gym and no breakfast restaurant. Otherwise we had an enjoyable stay.

Clean room with really nice bathroom and overall facilities. AC was good and bed was comfortable. Rooftop pool was a nice option to have, cool way to see the city. The hotel itself is a short taxi away from most of the popular tourist areas (beach, night market, dragon bridge).

We were staying on the 5th floor. 2 families staying across from us were extremely loud early morning and all through the evening. If we were staying longer than 2 nights we would have definitely requested room change. I understand the hotel can only do so much to control guests who are ignorant to everyone but themselves but these people looked like they were staying long term, had rooms doors open all day and used the hall and elevator area as a meeting area. Surely the hotel knows this is happening and more could be done.

We stayed here for 21 days. The room is big and spacious for family of 4. It was clean, comfortable huge beds and fresh towels. Reception staffs and housekeeping staffs were good, kind and helpful. If you're paying with credit/ debit cards at the hotel there will be additional charges. There are shops, cafes and restaurants. To head to the beach takes 20 mins walk. Otherwise we had a good time in Da Nang!

To ask customer about mode of payment prior to arrival so that there wouldn't be difficulties on cashing out huge amount of money in a foreign country. Our stay was long.

Nice swimming pool on the roof. Location is nice with partial seaview and great city view. Value for the money.

The hotel was unable to arrange early check-in and late check-out as emphasized by booking.com for each room type. The room was not even ready at 2pm, resulting in waiting in the lobby for a while after a long trip. The hotel was strict about precise check-out before 12 however, and even sent message about it before. Reception activities were handled by four receptionists dealing with one client at same time, which made an ineffective impression. TV in the room did not work. No breakfast or dining options.

Every single member of the staff was super friendly! Everything was clean, bed was big and very comfortable, also the size of the bathroom was great. Laundry service around the corner, also good restaurants and cafés. Only a few minutes war to the beach. Weather wasn't the best, but the beach looked very inviting! Want to come back when there's less rain. The touristic spots are a bit far, but I enjoyed walking around and grab bike always is an option. Many drivers around that area, so you never have to wait. Not having a window was a bit odd, but price-value is a thumbs up

We originally booked a Deluxe King Room which had multiple facilities listed, including a bath in the bathroom. Upon check in, we were given a room that was identical to the pictures listed under the Superior Double Room and did not have a bath. We raised this with reception who explained that the room we had been given was a Deluxe King Room but we explained it wasn’t what was listed online. They did offer us multiple other rooms but none were what was actually listed under the Deluxe King Room so we ended up staying in the original room that was given. Although it was lovely, it wasn’t what we had booked.

This hotel was affordable and met my expectations for a budget stay. Binh is a very kind and helpful staff member - she meticulously guided me through the check-in process, even helped carry my bag, and made sure I was happy with the room before finalizing anything. The place was clean and well-maintained—no visible stains on the carpet, unlike many other budget hotels. The overall vibe felt solid and welcoming. Great value for money
