The breakfast was excellent each morning. I stayed eight days and they would vary the menu each day, taking about four days to repeat All of the staff did an excellent job, they were vary professional. I had an ocean facing suite and it's layout was awesome.

The weather was not the best during my stay, but I certainly don't blame the hotel for that. That is beyond their control. I would say I enjoyed everything about the hotel.

10++ points: We stayed in quite some 5 star hotels and this one comes out on top! The general atmosphere and vibe was really welcoming. + all staff goes the extra mile: My daughter was sick during our stay and the staff was really helpful. I am not allowed to eat gluten and dairy and the pastry chef made cakes and bread for me every morning. + breakfast: Fresh soups, egg station, many choices and all freshly prepared + bed: excellent (I didn't want to leave the room at all :-) ) + pool: breathtaking views with restaurant for snacks and dinner + location: literally opposite the beach, lots of restaurants/coffeeshops/convinient stores in the area Summary: After a month of travelling through Vietnam, this is is the only hotel we would come back to....

Best hotel I’ve stayed in in SE Asia. After 7 weeks travelling, I landed in Da Nang and decided on Voco as a ‘treat’ for my final night - I was not disappointed . Voco is a true international 5* standard hotel. Highlights; Service - staff could not do enough to help. From early check in, to an upgrade to a corner upper floor room, to helping advise me on local sights. They really made the stay magical - special shout out to Peter, he is a credit to the hotel. Room - AMAZING - panoramic views of Da nang beach, beautifully appointed. Absolute 5* in every sense. Facilities - epic pool and terrace on level 26, best breakfast I’ve experienced in Asia (with a super friendly Italian head chef), and cocktails worthy of a 5* venue! Gym LOOKED amazing and again had views to die for - but I didn’t indulge in an actual work out.

Location was spot on, very near to the beach. Daily breakfast was excellent, it's amazing that different menu items were available each day! Room's view was spectacular, facing the beach and mountain. The rooftop pool is a plus! My family loved the stay in the hotel! Tried their massage in the spa too - highly recommended, such a skilled therapist the have! A play area is available in the ground floor where my kids had fun while waiting for the car every time. We have booked also all our tours via the hotel for our convenience, and they have competitive prices too. Kudos to all the staff in the hotel who made sure that our stay will be fun and comfortable. Special mention to Concierge staff- Mr. Henry, thank you and see you next time we are back!

I absolutely love this hotel! It is located right on the beachfront, and the overall design is modern and new. The attentiveness of the staff is exceptional. I would like to express my gratitude to Henry, who contacted me as soon as I landed at Da Nang Airport to ensure we were picked up by the hotel driver. He stayed in touch with me, inquiring about our itinerary and even helping us book our cruise tickets. David was also excellent; he assisted us with our baggage upon arrival and took the time to share dining and travel tips. Tracy handled our check-in, and helped us upgrade to a larger room and provided fantastic dining recommendations, one of which we absolutely loved! Our hotel room is spacious, and we were fortunate enough to have an ocean view, which is breathtaking. The bathroom is roomy, featuring a nice shower, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast offered is wonderful as well! We felt so welcomed during our stay, and I truly want to stay in this hotel again if I visit Danang again in the future!

I have no complaints about this hotel. However, we were not aware that the beach clubs stay open late and host beach parties every night. While we were in our ocean-view room, we could hear the music, but it wasn't loud enough to be disruptive. For those who prefer complete silence while sleeping, I would recommend choosing a city-view room instead of an ocean-view one.

The hotel was clean and modern and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool was picturesque but there were a number of very sharp tiles we had to be careful of and the pool deck was very slippery causing our 6 year old to fall several times despite not running. Thankfully she was ok! The food at the rooftop was delicious - more expensive than other parts of Vietnam but we did pay for quality. Ana a family with one wheelchair user we were grateful for the accessible family room - only challenge was getting an appropriate shower chair. Once they understood what we needed it was great

We spent five nights at this beautiful hotel and couldnt be happier! + Fantastic location right by the beach, sunbeds (not owned by the hotel) are available for only 40.000 VND/day + The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the assistant to the general manager went out of her way to accomodate us + Rooms were super cosy and spacious + Breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of variety + The rooftop pool was beautiful + lunch and dinner at Ciela rooftop bar was fabulous as well + beautiful & well equipped gym + numerous nice restaurants in the area + very affordable laundry service right around the corner of the hotel

Decent location, kind staff, and the rooms were clean. The pool on the top floor was a nice bonus as well, with good views of the ocean. Receptionist and porters were also very helpful.

I had to pay a deposit when I arrived. I was assured that I would be paid back the deposit a few days/weeks after I leave. Its been 3 months and I have still yet to receive this. And it seems the only way to contact the hotel again is through an international number. If you are reading this, please pay me back my deposit.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Voco ma belle hotel. The hotel's facilities are simply top-notch. The pool and the view of the beach are truly incredible. We had the pleasure of chatting with the hotel's staff - a great team! Linh was able to answer all our transport queries in excellent French. We also met Henry, who made us feel so welcome. Henry is a very kind person, and gave us all the advice we needed to make our stay in Da Nang as pleasant as possible. He even took the time to recommend some really nice places for our next destinations. We were able to communicate with Henry in Vietnamese, English and French! So don't worry, if you need anything Henry will be there for you!

All staff was courteous and helpful—security, housekeeping, the Lobby, and the restaurant were all wonderful. First, I would like to thank Tracy at the lobby front desk; she was invaluable during my upcoming trip to Thailand. David from the concierge group helped me locate an excellent leather shop in Hoi An. Elsie from the restaurant on the first floor always made me feel at home with friendly conversation.
