The view from our room was amazing. The hotel is across road from the beach, you can get a great view from the pool or the rooftop top restaurant. The bed was super comfortable. Staff were fabulous, Daisy greeted us on arrival, and the man in the coffee bar downstairs was able to make us vegan coconut coffee. Huu Dat was an excellent server in the skybar he was helpful and funny. All staff were fabulous, very kind and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and smelled new and fresh. Spa was good, lovely sauna and steam room with cold jacuzzi. Treatments are good and professional. Comfortable foyer with lots of seats and coffee was great, try the coconut coffee, amazing!

Pool was freezing, even though temperatures were high and the sea was very warm. You can hear loud thumping music from the beach all the time! Very limited options at breakfast for vegan/vegetarian. Breakfast is loud and busy, limited vegetarian options were next to meat, for example fried eggs and fried beef used same tongs next to each other. Asked for vegetarian pho, not available. Asked for vegan stir fry, we were given egg noodles. Better and more separate vegetarian/vegan food needed. Also food label needed. Limited space for clothes and suitcase storage. No hooks for dressing gown and towels. In spa no hooks for towel when you use facilities.

This is trully one of the best hotels we stayed in veitnam . The room was specious, clean, comfortable bed, very good wifi, staff friendly, perfect location we walked out for dinner at beach restaurants and enjoyed the breeze and fireworks, quite room.

The bathroom was situated in the middle of the room which was abit weird and tight, the sink was in the room which was not good. breakfast was not good as majority of options were asian cousin and pork foods with very limited Halal options of being only bread and eggs.

the hot water shower was not as hot as expected The check out process was not smooth. I had to wait for hotel staff to check my room before we could leave after 15 minutes. I didn’t have to wait for ALL other hotels i stayed. The breakfast buffet did not have what I would expect in a vietnam restaurant. 1. Bahm Mi and 2. Vietnamese coffee. It did had pho which was comforting. I had to buy from the ground floor for vietnamese coffee. The light at level 22 went out making the corridor to be dark. For a bucket of ice, I called front desk and front desk asked me to call the restaurant at 686 to get it. I would have gladly tip if I didn’t have to call for the service myself.

Rooms are spacious, clean, with nice view over the beach and had the required amenities. The swimming pool was lovely.

It didn’t matter whether you had the don’t disturb sign on or off, cleaners will nock the door regardless and will wake you up daily quite early. It was particularly annoying to me as I can’t get back to sleep after waking up. Another downside is their restaurant where they give you a voucher for 200k. It’s super pricey given local restaurants prices, food is mediocre, and they don’t include VAT in the menu so it’s practically a scam (I’ve not encountered this in any restaurant or hotel neither in Hanoi, Saigon, nor Danang), I would avoid it at all costs.

The room was a good size, clean and with amazing views.

The staff were very distrusting and focused on money. From the moment you arrive they ask for 1m holding deposit. I'm not sure why they can't just hold card details. I witnessed them escort a man who had forgotten his key card to his room rather than just giving him a key. The room doesn't come with any useful details about the hotel but a list of how mucj every item costs!! Inc the hangers lol. I had arrived late due to a flight delay and enquired about an excursion the next day. I was told I needed to book by 9pm. I called down at 8.15 to confirm I wanted the excursion and would pay after I had changed. The staff refused to reserve my place without payment.

I am very happy with my stay here. The room was clean, shower was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable! And the view from the room was amazing, either the ocean view or the city view. The hotel's design reminds me of the W hotels, and the quality of the rooms can actually match those 5 star chain hotels. Everything in the room smelled and looked clean and modern. Staff were also helpful and always greeted with a smile. The restaurant staff and the doorman at the lobby in particular were very friendly! Good location, short ride away to the city center.

- The elevators take very long at times, I am not sure if all of them are operating. - The pool is not rooftop, it's on the 6th floor. To note because I booked thinking it was a rooftop pool and a bit disappointed that it's not, and it's smaller than I thought it would be. The gym also wasn't too nice. - My room had a weird layout - but I guess the views made up for it. - Close distance to the beach (across the road), but not a beachfront property with direct access. - The TV could do with more international channels for news. It seemed like there were mostly Korean and Japanese entertainment channels.

The location was absolutely beautiful, right by the beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to everything nearby. The restaurant had breathtaking views, and both the food and service were exceptional. It was also very convenient, with several restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away. Housekeeping was immaculate, and the room was spotless.

Even though we stayed on the 17th floor, it was surprisingly quite noisy at night. I had specifically requested a higher floor to avoid noise since I was traveling with my family, but we could still hear a constant thumping sound of music and what seemed like loud partying nearby. It’s hard to tell whether it was coming from within the hotel or a nearby venue, but the rooms aren’t very soundproof. If you’re looking for total peace and quiet, it might not be ideal on some nights — although, interestingly, Friday and Saturday were much more peaceful.

Very good place to stay. The price was affordable, the quality of the room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of different food style for everyone. The staff were very qualified. We would certainly come back in this hotel!

We had a voucher for a free 45' massage. We were a couple and my partner had no problem, but the person who took care of me was very rude. I told her multiple time that I was cold and I asked to rise up the temperature but she didn't do anything. She also let her phone in the massage table next to me in vibrate mode and kept receiving texts that didn't help me relax. And finally when she massaged my head, she just pulled of some of my hair and really hurted my ear. I hope that she wasn't just conscious but I told her multiple time that it didn't feel right and she didn't change anything.

Great staff, very friendly, great buffet, great views (if your room has one). Room is very spacious as well.

The shower tiles were a bit slippery. Almost slipped a few times. Would have preferred more hooks/rails in the bathroom to hang towers and clothes. The area has a lot of fake grab drivers, some even prompt you to go meet with girls for a "massage", which made the evening walks with the family really not relaxing but that's not Awaken fault, but rather Vietnam's issue as a whole. But I thought I let people know about it as I was shocked by this.
