We stayed at the 2 bedroom cityview, spacious bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen facilities is complete with laundry and dryer. Has living room with dining table. Rooftop pool and gym is well maintained and good size. Breakfast on 32nd floor with nice view and the menu is quite extensive, cant complain! They also give complimentary birthday cake for my son on his birthday, made his day!

I am bit dismayed nevertheless as my city view is only from the bathroom as the living room and bedrooms is blocked by unfinished construction next door and ruined the ambience. Even though I dont really spend time watching the view it would be nice to have this “noted” on the room description so we know some part of the hotel view is blocked?! I did request to change room but they are unable to accommodate. pic attached

The Altara suites are located in front of the beach at walking distance, two bedrooms with independent bathrooms, the room included washing machine/dryer were a plus ! Easy to get anywhere from there (specially Lady Budda). Definitively we will repeat our stay here again even though there were minor things that didn't like.

Although the build has three elevators it seems that sometimes it is not enough for the number of people in the building. We had to queue multiple times to catch it or taking longer than usual to reach our floor (20th). Also, our room has a view to an abandoned construction which goes beyond floor 32, so, ask to get your room with view to the back of the hotel (probably before this construction the view should be super !).

It was a spacious and nicely decorated apartment, with views over Danang and the beach. The restaurant, pool and rooftop bar where good. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was great to have a washing machine and drier in the apartment.

It fell short of our expectations in a few ways. The kitchen didn’t have wine glasses, tea towels and a few other items to make it functional. Maintenance of the hotel needs a bit more attention. We had to call maintenance a couple of times (which was responded to promptly), although one shower couldn’t be used due to a blocked drain. Housekeeping was a bit random, they didn’t show up one day, and another arrived before we were ready to go for breakfast.

Where do I start? The property was very clean (my only complaint was the smell in the hallway - musty or mouldy) but that is my only complaint of our whole 7 night stay. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices including a separate vegan menu we could order from every day! A special mention to Linh unpstairs who was the most friendly and welcoming staff member! They even brought us soy milk every morning and remembered our eating preferences! The room was spacious, quiet, clean and had everything we needed - the washing machine and dryer were so so handy!!. We didn’t eat in the room so only used the kettle and 2 cups for tea. The bed was the most comfortable king sized bed and we slept so well! The pool and gym were amazing and we really enjoying using those facilities (the views were incredible up there). We would 100% recommend altara suites and will definately stay again!

Nothing - can’t fault it at all

Everything except the number of guests however it is understandable given the time of year we went. Room was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms were a high standard. Kitchen facilities with a washer and drier is a definite plus when travelling with family.

Breakfast was good but on the second day we ate a little later than the first day and the food wasn't as fresh or hot. Advice is to eat early. Additionally, we had a balcony with the room but it was basically useless. Being off the main bedroom there were no chairs or anything but was more for ease of access to the AC rather than somewhere to relax.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, close to the centre, opposite the beach, fabulous breakfast, washing machine and a dryer were very handy. The kitchen is not well equipped but it was not an issue as we did not cook even once. We loved the city views at night and enjoyed the pool on the roof.

How the kitchen was equipped. It would be nice to get some tea and coffee and few more cups and glasses. We had to cross the road to go to the beach which was a frightening experience as the cars and bikes do not stop at the crossing. Having traffic lights or a lollipop man helping you to cross the road at the front of the hotel would be the great addition.

The size of apartment was excellent with almost everything which is needed.

As a spacious apartment with a kitchen, I had anticipated finding basic amenities such as sugar, salt, pepper, and oil, which were unfortunately absent. This was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast offerings remained unchanged each day, consisting of identical juices, cereals, jam, and breads. It would be refreshing to see some variety in the breakfast menu from day to day.

Well located and minutes walk to the beach and seafront promenade. Suites were big and spacious with basic amenities provided such as toiletries, cooking utensils, laundry powder. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety.

Lifts were slow as it was also being used by the housekeeping staff. No flexibility with check In and check out times, hotel lobby quite small and can get quite crowded when big groups arrive.

Excellent property and staff. Nice and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Staff were always ready to help in no time, Speaking English very well. Highly recommended accommodation

En-suite bathroom window had no blind or curtains, so we were concerned about our privacy especially at night. We had to shower with minimum light. However the staff kindly moved us from lower levels to one of the highest levels to reduce our discomfort. Hotel management to consider curtains for large bathroom window please.

It was a pleasant stay at Altara. Breakfast was delicious with a range of choices from congee, pho, Vietnamese dishes, continental breakfast, and dessert. Hotel was relatively close to the beach and there were restaurants close by to visit for a meal. Hotel room was clean and the service was good. The people at Altara were very helpful and informative.

The lounge room seemed a bit smaller than we expected. The room had to be ventilated because it seemed a bit musty.
