Professional staff, helped us got the room an hour before, they helped us get a cab which took us to bana hills and hoi an, a steal deal literally, rooms were super clean my bathroom shower had an issue which they fixed quickly, cozy and quiet place.

The breakfast was very limited but at this price it was decent, but the thing is they don’t refill/restock the juices, coffee and some other food items. So u better be at the table sharp at 7:30 to get what u need and not the left overs. the lobby maybe could use air conditioning.

I found the staff to be helpful, kind, and professional. They handle themselves excellently. For my purposes, the location was ok.

There is a slight slip hazard with the common area ground near the elevator. There was a hazard sign if I remember correctly, but one would do well to be extra careful. I think there is a water run off issue from the roof storage. Also the particular material of the tiles make it less prone to maintain friction with rubber. It might also be a tile angle issue for drainage. I recommend deeper scrutiny in each of these areas.

I absolutely loved my stay at Lahome! The location is unbeatable—just a 2‑3 minute walk to My Khe Beach. My room was spotless, equipped with a kitchenette and a sunny balcony, perfect for morning coffee. What stood out most was the staff: Tram and her team went above and beyond in sharing local tips and arranging tours. The indoor pool and sauna were clean and a nice bonus after a day out. Highly recommend!

The staff—especially Tram and security—were warm and welcoming from day one. They helped book our car rental, guided us on bike routes, and offered local food recommendations. The buffet breakfast, including Vietnamese dishes like banh xeo and pho, was fresh and delicious. The indoor pool area is lovely for cooling off after a hot beach day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the elevator was very convenient, the location was right next to the beach, the laundry service was efficient and helpful, and the breakfast was great each morning. I didn't use the pool but it was kept meticulously clean, and there was a sauna too!

Our suite was larger than expected with a comfortable bed, dining area, and even a small desk for working. Cleanliness was excellent, and towels were fresh. We did notice a slight damp smell the first night (possibly due to the rainy season), but it faded by the second day after airing out the room.

The pool is in the lobby and not really inviting. Also there was construction outside and inside the hotel so sleeping longer than 8 wasn't an option.

The staff were fantastic—every question answered with a smile, and they helped us book airport transfers. The rooms are modern and well-kept. Breakfast was decent, but after a week, the options felt repetitive. Adding some new dishes would make it perfect.

Lahome offers boutique-style service at a mid-range rate. Room was cozy and stylish. The shared kitchen downstairs was also a plus. Entertainment options were limited though TV had mostly local channels. Bring a streaming stick if you plan to stay in.

The room had clean lines, light wood furniture, and neutral colors, but it still felt cozy and not sterile. We loved the natural lighting during the day. Staff were attentive and helped us with food delivery apps when we were too tired to go out.
