We had booked a room with a sea view and weren't disappointed! It is so beautiful when you can take a break from work and please your eyes by looking at the sea. The owner, regardless of that she didn't speak English well, was very kind and was doing everything to make our stay nice and comfortable. Excellent location! Supermarkets, cafes, the beach, and everything else we needed were within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, with a good table that was being used as a workplace. Wi-fi was very stable; I never had any problems with an internet connection while I was working. Sometimes the place becomes a bit loudly because of the karaoke bars nearby, but they always close until 10pm, so the place is very quiet at night. If you prefer cozy places for a moderate price rather than posh hotels at the beachfront, this hotel is an excellent option.

Staff was great. Very friendly couple that provided excellent service. Quiet location but close(within minutes walk) to beach and food. Room was good size and had view, kitchen area with 1 burner, sink, good size fridge, washing machine, closet space, sofa, coffee table, good AC, small dining room table with chairs, large enclosed shower. Bed was more comfortable than my be at home. Exceptional value for the price. I would stay here long term for sure.

So I stayed 2 weeks here and wish I would have stay my whole time here while in Vietnam but there would just be some fine tuning with the property like re-caulking in the bathroom and maybe a more detailed cleaning. When I go to hotels I have gotten more critical over the years with a few bad experiences so I tend to go in detail on my inspection when I check in with the thought of could I stay at a place long term to live. I would stay here long term as I said but no place is "perfect" if you look hard enough.

Spotlessly clean! very spacious and the softest bed in Vietnam Staff incredibly friendly and accomodating , also motorbike rental on site and only a few minutes walk to the beach, plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee within a minutes walk. Thankyou☺️

The room is very large, with a comfortable bed, the kitchen is have everything you need- plates, pots, dish soap and cutlery. There is also a washing machine (no dryer). Excellent location close to the beach and on a quiet inner street.

it feels a bit old and not updated. apart from privet parking there are no other facilities in the building like a pool or a gym. But for the price it makes sense.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot, extending twice. The family who run the hotel are very helpful and so nice. The apartment looks just like the photos, comfortable bed and sofa, and small, functional kitchen. The hotel is a couple of hundred meters from the beach and located 5 minutes walk from the no 5 bus route which goes into town, calling at the railway station. I loved having the sea views which were 😃

Excellent location, very well furnished and a comfortable bed.The staff were very friendly and changed a few things just for us. The kitchenette is well equipped compared to other apartments we've stayed in.

Our apartment faced another property who kept chickens with roosters and we were woken every morning about 5:00am

A little old, location is great for the beach, but it would be better located if it was further south.

The family that owns and runs the hotel are so lovely, even though they couldn't speak much English they were always so lovely and we worked through it

The location wasn't the best, it was close to the beach but quite far from the river and center of danang. Also there was a but of construction going on however it wasn't too noisy

Enjoyed my stay here, really fantastic apartment that has everything you need and the hosts were lovely.
