Everything was extremely beautiful. Very helpful staff. Hoang helped us with organizing our 2-day tour to beautiful places for a very good price. I would come back for sure.

The spa was amazing, the therapists were highly trained. Seeing the reviews and having bad experiences in the past, we were a bit skeptical to go in for a massage at the hotel and fortunately we decided to give it a go and were really impressed with the service. The hotel also have incredible ocean views and we could see the lady Buddha statue from our room.

The lift sounds were too high and we could hear ‘ding dings’ the whole night with people going in and out of the hotel at all times. This really disturbed our sleep. At peak time 6 - 10am the lifts would be so busy and crowded that it takes you around 15 mins to get to the breakfast buffet. There were no chairs in the balcony for us to sit down and enjoy the views. The bathroom needed a good clean to get rid of stains, mould and dirt in the grouts. It was really disgusting to look at the shower tiles and bathroom sink. There was a foul smell in the lobby and hallways at all time which was really unpleasant.

We stayed on the 31st floor. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were cozy, and the view of the sea and beach was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Many loud guests from India made the stay uncomfortable, especially in the elevators, where they often invaded personal space and felt the need to touch others. Additionally, the elevator itself was extremely noisy. Day and night, we could constantly hear the loud arrival sound on our floor. It’s unclear why a 5-star hotel—where guests come to relax—would install such intrusive and disturbing sounds.

After leaving a terrible Airbnb experience, I booked this hotel last-minute — and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant hotel stays I’ve ever had, even for a Four Points. The location isn’t exactly perfect, but it’s close enough to everything you need. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — staff were attentive and professional around the clock. A special shoutout to the front desk lady Duyen who offered me an upgrade to a corner suite — I took it, and it was well worth it. The suite was spotless, beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a bathtub overlooking the beach. Everything felt first-class, from cleanliness to comfort. I’m already planning to return — and next time, I’m bringing my whole group along. Highly recommended!

The location is just perfect, you have a beautiful sea view from your room balcony. the rooms are also spacious and have few 24*7 stores around.

1. Breakfast - has very little veg food options. Even, they should keep the veg food at separate counter. 2. They claim to have free cycles, But were never available in our stay of 4 nights. Always the answer is - we have stopped this facility as we have weather update of heavy rains (when there was clear sunlight outside!)

The shower smelled like poop occasionally. Not sure if it’s the drain but the shower is really long so the smell didn’t travel beyond the sinks - other parts of the room were spared. Staffs were great. Always bringing a smile, providing exceptional service. Location in my opinion was good cause it wasn’t in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. But near enough that a car ride is only 10-15 minutes from all the destinations. The bed felt like the one we have at home. Firm enough for back AND side sleepers

I had a premium room booked which overlooked the ocean. The view is breath taking! The hotel is further away from the noisy area (I could sleep with my balcony door open and listen to the waves). The hotel facilities are incredible! I used the gym and the rooftop pool and treated myself to the facial at the spa. I only stayed for 2 nights but I was so relaxed that it felt much longer! The hotel was better than expected. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are allocated in the changing rooms for the gym so female and male customers don’t need to share them. Great idea! And the view from all the facilities is amazing!

The bed was too soft for me and my lover back was sore…

Everything you would expect from staying with Sheraton. All the staffs were very friendly and professional. Beautiful pool at the top floor. Nice gym for working out. Breakfast were nice. We ordered Twin rooms and the beds were more than adequate size and comfort. We also like the hotel for providing recyclable glass water bottles instead of plastic bottles.

We were assigned one of those connecting rooms. The door, however, does not filter out noise well. We were waken by next door guests' loud TV and other noises at 6am and 7am in 2 of 5 days we stayed. Not very pleasant when you're trying to sleep in on holiday.

Absolutely incredible stay - I experienced severe food poisoning while in Da Nang and the hotel staff were incredible - they took me to hospital and stayed with me, took me back to hotel, looked after my daughter and treated me with incredible care. I would give them 20/10 if I could. And the hotel is beautiful too, with beautiful sea views and five star facilities including a gorgeous roof top pool.

Everything was above and beyond :)

The suite was lovely and had a great view. The staff arranged cake and some decoration in our room as it was our anniversary. Service generally were great. We also went to the spa twice. Massages were really good. Thank you!

Hotel website mentioned of halal food availability but when we arrived and confirmed with the staff, there was no such option. In room dining did not have any vegetarian friendly options. Breakfast buffet was very limited for vegetarian and was cold both days we went. The lifts were really, really slow!
