THE STAFF WERE GREAT. VERY HELPFUL AND HAD A GREAT MANNER TO WELCOME US. IN PARTICULAR, WE WOLD LIKE TO SPECIFICALLY SINGLE OUT TRANG, KIET, AND THE CATERING MANAGER. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS AND THE REST OF YOUR STAFF. I AM A FREQUENT TRAVELLER FOR BUSINESS AND USE THE IHG HOTELS AND I HAVE NEVER USED YOUR HOTEL CHAIN BEFORE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL BE CERTAINLY CHANGING MY PREFENCE.

The hotel is pretty good and new. the food is great and the location is amazing in front of the beach. the pool is amazing and the gym is quite complete.

the hotel is pretty much a business hotel. no facilities for families and not much to see around when the beach is closed due to the weather.

My room and view was perfect! I asked for a ocean view and a quiet room, and that's exactly what I received. The bed was comfortable which was very important for my physical health.

There wasn't a large variety of food choices/restaurants in walking distance. Many restaurants in the area were the same type. I didn't find one that served breakfast or with a variety of food types/options. My one complaint is although I asked and received a quiet room, I was awakened very early one morning by a guests' non stop barking dog. I finally was forced to wake up and call the front desk about it. Afterward, having been awakened and disturbed for several minutes by the barking, I had difficulty now falling back asleep.

Hilton Garden Inn was located at the coastline of Danang with spectacular views both for the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Walking by the pristine beach in the early morning and in the evenings was really memorable. Breakfast was always a wonderful spread of fresh salads, fruits and local noodles dishes and western dishes and something to look forward to each morning. Service is par excellence with thoughtful staff who will recommend nice restaurants and markets and understand your particular request. Rooms are clean with fresh towels and the beds are firm and comfortable. Excellent all round services and facilities.

This is a very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and in a great location by the beach. It has spacious rooms (ours had a lovely view), nice modern bathrooms and very good sound proofing. The restaurant menu was available in the cafe and rooftop bar throughout the day as well as in the restaurant at lunchtime and the evening. The food was freshly prepared and the staff ensured that dishes were altered for a member of our family who is vegan. There is a lovely rooftop infinity pool and sauna with changing rooms, lockers and fluffy towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to everyone thinking of staying here.

Absolutely everything you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. The 27th floor has probably the best rooftop infinity pool in the whole of Da Nang. The room is noise-proof, clean and cozy. I had the best sleep and it's impeccably clean. Great views and incredibly spacious. Even when it came to help planning tours and trips, the hotel is great. There's a cafe in the lobby too, and a gym on the 28th floor. I love the sea views here. Go go go! So worth it! It's only 10 minutes on Grab to Maia Beach which has the bars and clubs, night life.

The breakfast buffet was OK. Don't expect the best Vietnamese and continental breakfast, but it is passable. Everything else was great, though.

I am speechless my cousin and I stay in Garden Inn Hilton for 6nights and it was worth every second. We also celebrated her 40th birthday in the hotel with the staff and they made everything extra special for us Both we didn’t even want to go out and stay in the hotel and celebrated her birthday it was so special thank you once again to all the staff at Garden Inn Hilton. And also special thanks to the manager Duong Trong who made our stay extra special for changing our room to the Seaview without hesitation accommodating us according to our needs and also to the reception staff Thong they were so helpful with all our need and can’t go wrong with the buffet breakfast the rooftop pool you wouldn’t even want to leave your hotel this place was a definitely good choice for us we loved everything about and I can’t fault anything in this hotel a definitely 10 for us. Attitude very respectful very kind and helpful aswel looking forward to bringing my children back to this hotel very family friendly and is also good for kids aswel. Once again thank you for making our stay extra special.

Room is nice and clean, breakfast is quite good. And you can easily take Grab to everywhere (Dragon bridge, markets, Lady Buddha, Hoi An, etc). Nice restaurants nearby

There is a beach nearby but you can't swim there (not allowed and it's also quite dirty). To get to the main beach area you have to walk about 10-15 minutes. Hotel location is outside the central area which can be good if you are looking for less noisy environment. But not much to do around the hotel. Hotel pool looks fancy in the photos but it is small and it was always very windy up there (27 floor). Food and drinks quite expensive

Extremely comfortable hotel. The view from our room was WOW. Staff in the dining facility were so helpful.

Found the staff in the foyer area a tad rude. I was watched more than once struggling to get through the big heavy glass doors with hands full of bags. One staff member I saw through the corner of my eye deliberately stepped further right of the door as I got closer. They missed out in the end because no tips. The hotel we stayed in in Hanoi was the absolute opposite of this and they were rewarded accordingly. Aussies aren't flashy when we have money ;) There's a tip for you lot next time.
